The Night That I Totally Blew Off the Warning of The LORD!

It’s not just “my opinion” that playing close to the edge of occult involvement is a trap and a lure.
It’s my very deep conviction after having a full on and horrifying experience when we were young and first married.
Steve and I had watched a James Bond 007 show earlier that evening called "Live and Let Die", with a lot of “harmless” voodoo, (incantations and curses being put on people) and "fun" spies disturbing graves, and dark evil spirits attacking them.
While we were watching, I had a very quiet but persistent warning inside my heart to “stop watching the show”.
I blew it off saying to myself that, “I could handle it…
 It was just a show… harmless entertainment.”
After we had gone to bed and had fallen asleep, I was awakened by a loud crashing sound outside of our bedroom door, which was our living room. I turned my head to look in that direction and standing in the door frame was a hunched over, very tall, long haired, naked from waist up, long armed, pig snouted with a brass ring pierced through it, hairy being.
I thought I was maybe dreaming so I shook my head and rubbed my eyes to see if I was just coming out of a bad dream. Nope.
The dark being was still there.
My body was paralyzed in fear and I could not move to wake Steve.
I spoke to the hideous creature and told it to leave in the mighty and powerful name of Jesus Christ.
It just laughed at me and began to move into the room and alongside the bed, heading towards me. I said the same words again and it laughed, saying, "YOU invited me into your home tonight! I have every right to be here!"
I immediately knew that I had rejected the warning of The Holy Spirit to not watch the show. I was crying in terror and said, “Jesus… Please forgive me for ignoring your warning! I repent and apologize for blowing you off!”
At that point, the demonic thing stopped at the foot of the bed and was very agitated. I was no longer paralyzed with fear and then spoke to it again, telling it that I was forgiven by Jesus and that in HIS NAME, the evil being had to leave our home.
It still stood there frustrated and I told it again that the power of Christ and His poured out blood on the cross for my sins cried out against this attack and that it must leave. It started to whimper and walked towards the wall and then, walked right through it, and left.
Immediately, Steve woke up and asked what was the crashing sound! I told him everything that happened. He got up and went out to the living room. On the floor was a weather station type of decoration that we had firmly screwed into our wall. It had “somehow” ripped itself off the wall, jumped 8 inches and onto our record player, (yes…. we had vinyls!) sending the needle across the worship record we played often every day.

That We Could Never Again Justify Or Blow Off
The Warning From The Father About
Our Entertainment Choices.
 
We were called to be worshippers and to not ever allow a strongman from hell into our home.
Here Are Some Reasons The Scriptures Warn Against
Engaging In Any Form Of The Occult:
➡ We are opening ourselves up to spirits other than God’s.
➡ We are not looking to God for guidance, but to the occult.
➡ We are turning away from true faith in Jesus.
➡ We are disobeying God’s word, the Bible.
 
The Israelites often made the same mistake and turned from God, although God clearly warned them about this.
“When you enter the land The LORD your God is giving you, do not learn to imitate the detestable ways of the nations there. Let no one be found among you who sacrifices his son or daughter in the fire, who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or casts spells, or who is a medium or who consults the dead. 

Anyone who does these things is detestable to The LORD, and because of these detestable practices The LORD your God will drive out those nations before you. You must be blameless before The LORD your God. 

 
The nations you will dispossess listen to those who practice sorcery or divination. But as for you, The LORD your God has not permitted you to do so,” Deuteronomy 18:9-14.
 
Saul, Israel’s first king, started out well. He expelled mediums and spiritualists from the land, then violated God’s word and his own conscience by consulting a medium (1 Samuel 28:3-25). His end was tragic (1 Samuel 31:1-6).
 
New Testament Christians turned from sorcery. We really need to let their example serve as an inspiration and a warning.
“Many of those who believed now came and openly confessed their evil deeds. A number who had practiced sorcery brought their scrolls together and burned them publicly. When they calculated the value of the scrolls, the total came to fifty thousand drachmas. In this way the word of The LORD spread widely and grew in power.” Acts 19:18-20.
 
These verses are given to us as warnings.
God wants us to learn from the examples he gives in the Bible, and to avoid making the same mistakes. He loves us and wants us to turn from anything that will get between us and the safe spiritual life that he offers.
Bible verses warning about mediums and spiritualists:
“Do not turn to mediums or seek out spiritualists, for you will be defiled by them. I AM The LORD your God,” Leviticus 19:31.
“I will set my face against the person who turns to mediums and spiritualists to prostitute himself by following them, and I will cut him off from his people,” Leviticus 20:6.
“When men tell you to consult mediums and spiritualists, who whisper and mutter, should not a people inquire of their God? Why consult the dead on behalf of the living?” Isaiah 8:19.
 
So these are the things, these are the scriptures that the Lord has given us, the warnings are there, and also the consequences! I can tell you that ever since then, I have been fully aware of when there’s something on television or when people want to watch a movie or, there’s people beginning to talk on a New Age level of intellectualism. Or, they talk about some of the things they’re partaking in for “medical practices”, or, different kinds of exercise programs, my first thought is, “If it has to have something to do with the occult or if it has to have something to do with “freeing your mind” so that you can relax and so your body is at peace”.
These are the lures that the enemy uses to draw us into other gods, and some Christian individuals actually say, “Oh, we’re not worshiping the god, we’re just doing things with the name of the Lord on it.”
The Lord doesn’t put his name on anything occult, and he never will, because he is The Sovereign, Ultimate Strength, THE  Sovereign Ultimate King, and he is The Voice that speaks to his people.
The word talks about those that know the voice of the Lord, the sheep, they know his voice, but the voice of strangers they will not follow, SO, I encourage you that during this time in the Earth, when the occult practices are literally overwhelming schools, college campuses, exercise regimes, television, movies, videos, (the Super Bowl was packed with these for years) to not engage!
Many of the performing artists that are considered “popular musicians” have sold their souls to demonic activity in order to become wealthy. This is how it works many times, you make a pact with the devil for fame fortune and greatness, but there’s always a price to pay and that is that you are captive, held captive, and many times these people can’t get out without a tremendous amount of threat against them.
 
I’m Now Going To Lead You In A Prayer.
I feel in my spirit that the reason I was to put this on this podcast is that there are some of you who have been saying, “I need to know if this is really bad for me or if I’m being ridiculous, and being too stringent or too rigid”.
Let me tell you something. You can never be too rigid against Satanic involvement in your life and you can never be too stringent against saying, “is there anything that I am opening the door to in my home that can affect my children’s sleep, affect my health, affect the safety of our home,” because our homes are to be a place of peace for the presence of God, a sanctuary for God to reside on a more personal level.
The word says, “don’t you know you’re a temple of the Holy Spirit?”  When Jesus comes into our spirit, when the spirit of God comes to dwell inside of us after we surrender and we say, “Take that part of my life and use it”, that part dictates from the inside out. But, if we let our mind get in there and say, “I can handle it! I can handle it! It’s not that big of a deal! I feel so good! It’s good entertainment.  My body feels great when I engage in meditation!” (What kind of meditation?) 
Why do you need to meditate on something that is not bringing the presence of God closer to you, and you, closer to the presence of God? 
Because our flesh doesn’t want to be convicted.
Our flesh does not like the discipline of getting still, or studying the word of God, or resting in his presence, and worshiping him. Not unless we discipline it and train it, and grow in his word so we see the gratitude of how, IT is, the voice that controls and speaks to our spirit, causing us to be at peace and to war against the things of darkness.
We live in high-pressure times, and the warfare, (yes, it is warfare), it is demonic war against God‘s people, and, the number one thing is fear, anxiety, stress, worry, and then, just go ahead and escape for a little while.  Watch something on TV. The Flesh says, “Go ahead! Watch some of those movies on Netflix that have some horror scenes or a lot of heavy sex. You can handle it!
The "F word" is being used a lot, and now many other words have become commonplace. But you see the thing is, WE CAN’T, handle it! Because it gets into our brains, it gets into our minds. It gets into our way of thinking, and it dulls our ability to hear the clear and clean pure words of the Lord.
If you don’t want to walk with Jesus, 100% and you want a lukewarm walk, then you’re going to be susceptible to demonic activity in your life, and unfortunately if you have children, you’re opening the door to them, and the Lord talks in that one scripture about not letting children pass through the fire.
 
We Are Not To Offer Our Children Up In Sacrifice
To Demonic Activity, And Yet A Lot Of Parents
Go Ahead And Sacrifice Their Kids To A Lot Of
Occult Practices Because “It’s Hard To Be Different”.
 
You don’t have to have to be locking the doors, and turning the light bulbs out all the time for fear that the devil is coming to get you! But! I can tell you this! You do want to shut your door to occult practices and the doors that come through your iPads, your computers, and your television screens.
These are the places; these are the entry points that the enemy uses. Those out there preparing programming, the majority of them in the world are all geared towards doing satanic and fearful programming and if anything, they like to do “shock value” enticing types of programs to bring stimuli and fear! That’s how they get better listeners or viewers or people chatting and talking! But their goal is not to bring goodness or peace or safety. Their goal is to get you to come back and be addicted to more or “fascinated”.
 
This is where that word “fascination” and “magical” comes in.  We just feel like we’re mesmerized and drawn in, and we kind of want to know how it works. We want to know how it ends! And then before you know it, your mind has been seared, your conscience has been compromised. Then enters the guilt and then the shame, and then the hiding, and guess who did that?
When Adam and Eve engaged with the snake in the garden, he trapped them and lured them, and said, “It’s not that big of a deal! You can handle it! Did God really say that to you?”But once they tasted of evil, they were forever changed. They were forever changed and lost their innocence, and forever change mankind.
Imagine how much that sin nature is affecting us!
Thank goodness that Jesus came to wash us clean and poured out his life, and endured a horrible sacrifice for us, so that we would have a chance to have our minds cleaned. If we are introducing our children to it, imagine the torment, and the things passing down to them.
 
 I encourage you now to pray with me, and if it’s not for you, If you don’t have this problem, but you’re saying, “I agree I’ve had experiences like this or I know what you’re talking about!”
If you have family members maybe you have children, if you have a spouse, if you have grandchildren that are engaging in specific kinds of occultic things, (and friends you know with a lot of the PlayStation games and different kinds of Xbox games), there’s a tremendous amount of demonic looking creatures and a lot of darkness in those games and yeah, I guess, “you can handle it”, but if you’re murdering and killing and having guns shooting and bloodlust all the time, eventually, is it a just a game? Has it become a conquering or have you become desensitized?
SO! I ENCOURAGE YOU TO RETHINK WHERE
YOUR COMMITMENT TO THE LORD IS.
 
Do you want to hear the voice of the Lord?
Do you want to hear the Lord speaking clearly about the times about the days?
Do you want to hear him protecting you, telling you to get in the car and leave now, or “don’t go to the grocery store” or “don’t go down “that” street”? 
He WILL lead you like that and protect you!
 
Do you want the Lord to tell you his secrets?
Did you know that he tells them to his servants? But! He tells them to those that will spend time in his presence, seeking his voice, seeking to know him more. 
I encourage you to consider, "which tastes better".
The presence of God, and hearing his voice, or a temporary high and excitement, or the thrill that wears off, and then you’re buried in guilt, or harassed by something dark?
 
I’m just going to pray now. I’m going to ask you just to pray with me or agree with me in prayer for those that you know need to be free.
Heavenly Father, we come to you and Father you say that you roam the Earth to and fro, with your eyes you are looking all over the Earth, searching for those who will serve you, searching for those who will obey you.  Lord you know all things, you see all things, and you hear all things.
You are aware of the assignments of darkness against our families, against our children, against our grandchildren, against our spouses, against our brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles.
Father, we stand before you now individually and ask you for a clean heart. We ask you to wipe the slate clean of anything that we may have engaged in.
First of all we say we’ve sinned against you because it’s the truth.  If we’ve done these things we have done them against you. We have put our eyes upon idols or things at the world calls, current and exciting and we think that we’re just fitting in, as a part of it or maybe it seems like it’s not harmless. It looks like everybody else is doing fine.
Lord, l you know the condition of each man’s heart, and Lord you know those that are using this as a lure, so Father, we stand before you, and we ask that you would create in us a clean heart, and renew a right spirit within us. Don’t cast us away from your presence!
Lord, we don’t want your Holy Spirit taken from us, because we choose to listen to other evil spirits are divining spirits!
Now Lord, we say to you, we ask if there’s anything in our lives, anything in the lives of our families that they are engaging in or things that we have become accustomed to, that you would show us clearly and concisely, vividly, the things that we have put our hand to that are not from you.
Lord, we repent, we apologize. We are ashamed that we would allow even the whisper of a demonic subtlety to enter into our home.
We want to be the stewards, good stewards of what you’ve given us in children, in our spouses and our grandchildren. So we ask that you would put a barrier between us and the darkness, that conviction would rise up again, that we would heed your voice, and not the voice of a stranger!
Lord your word says whether we turn to the left or turn to the right, there you are right behind as a voice saying, “This is the way, walk in it”.
Lord, forgive us for thinking that we don’t want to be different or strange in this world, that we don’t want to be ridiculed. Father we are a peculiar people as you said, you made us and fashioned us to stand out in the dark world, and when we gave our lives to you, we committed that you would be Lord, Savior, King, Ruler, Master over our lives, and we apologize to you for ever touching anything that gave others mastery over us.
Now Father, we just come before you, and ask you to wash us clean. Wash our children, wash our grandchildren clean, wash our families clean.
Lord, we apologize and ask that now you would make the rudder of our ship turn back out to the direction where we seek you, and seek you alone. That the entertainment choices that we make in the future will be with wisdom and if there’s something on television that is dark or dirty, or evil or suggestive, we turn it off, we don’t just mute it. We turn it off. We will not let our eyes even watch, nor let our ears hear. 
Father. We thank you that you will speak loudly, “Don’t do that! Stop now!”  Just like you did to me. Father, we ask that you would speak loud and clear, because sometimes we’re dull of hearing.
Lord we submit to you, we glorify your name. We thank you, that you deliver us completely and you set us free when we’re captive to dark things.
We call upon the name of Jesus Christ who is God, who is the Son of God, the Sovereign king, and we thank you that the Holy Spirit is there to convict us of our sins. We thank you Triune being Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, for the privilege of being called children of God.
Lord, teach us to act like children of God, in our every day lives, in Jesus most holy and powerful name against darkness.
Amen.

’A TIME FOR PRECISE ACTS OF GOD’ - THE OPENING OF DOORS AMONG HIS OWN PECULIAR PEOPLE

It’s a wonderful thing to be able to give a hand to someone who is in turmoil, but we can’t do it by just quoting nice Christian sayings or throwing out a random scripture at them.
It’s so easy to say, “Oh yes! Just trust in God! It’ll all work out. Somehow somewhere God will help you!”
 
When we see a person who is going through trials and who knows God, but is struggling hard, who is deeply fatigued and bobbing up and down under the water, barely keeping afloat, due to some difficulty or trial of their faith, we need to lift them up and we are not to judge them, because it is a slander against the very loved creation of Jesus Christ.
Oswald Chambers had a tremendous statement about this.
He said, “It’s a great thing to see physical courage, and still even strong, moral courage, but the greatest thing is to see spiritual courage, to see that we can help others stand true and strong in the integrity of Jesus, no matter what they are going through. People who have gone through a hot fire or as some call it, a crucible, these tested individuals are going to be a tremendous support to many other people.”
 
He went on to say,
“Here’s the reason we go through the things we do.  God wants to know if he can make us “good bread - good food” to feed to other people.”
 
In first Peter one through eight Peter says to us, “Though right now, you’re grieved by so many different trials, hang in there, remember the inheritance! It’s not messed up it’s not defiled, it’s not made dirty. Look to Jesus and you will receive the ultimate result and reward of your faith.”
 
MY FELLOW BELIEVERS, THERE’S A TIME COMING WHEN EVERYTHING THAT RIGHT NOW THAT IS A PROBLEM, WILL BE PERFECTLY SOLVED. In the meantime, are we prepared to let people poke at us, to joke at us, to humiliate us, to let them have their momentary agendas over certain narratives?
When you stick it out and hold on, looking to the greater horizon, to the very central part of Christianity, which is your personal walk, your personal relationship to Jesus, how do you continue to handle the cruelties of this current world system?
 
LOOK TO HIM! LOOK AT HIM!
Which actually means, look for spiritual discernment, remembering it’s a difficulty to be weak, and God strengthens us to go through anything when Jesus Christ is what he is, and who he said he was!
 
“If we have a trial of faith, we must endure it until we get through it,
and more often than not, even other Christians who are watching
might pull back in disgust at our difficulties or losses.”
 
THESE INDIVIDUALS HAVE YET TO ACTUALLY SURRENDER THEIR LIVES TO HUMILITY. They enjoy thinking God has blessed them with earthly things and pleasures because somehow, they are more clever and worked harder at achieving.
 
THE RICH YOUNG RULER WAS MUCH LIKE THIS.
He did all the right actions, was good hearted and generous, oh yes! But he loved the attention it garnered as well. When Jesus asked him to sell it all, sell out 100% to help those around him, and to come and follow Jesus, he couldn’t. He loved being in charge and in control of his own destiny.
 
IT SAYS THAT HE WENT AWAY SAD.
Sad because he couldn’t live both lifestyles at the same time.
He most likely thought he could finance Jesus quite well, and make a return on his investment if the marketing drew good crowds!
 
IF YOU HAVE BEEN THROUGH TRIALS OF FAITH IN THE PAST,
GOD WILL THEN BRING ACROSS OUR PATHS
OTHER MORE IMMATURE SOULS,
AND WE HAVE NO BUSINESS DESPISING THEM.
 
WE ARE SUPPOSED TO HELP THEM.
We are to be to them something that has embraced and fully transferred into our souls, which is, the very fundamental nature of Jesus.
Remember, people will draw off of that “virtue” leaving you.
The scripture says Jesus, knew in himself that power had gone out of him. This is when the woman with the shaming, hemorrhaging issue of blood said, “If I could just touch that piece of fabric, the hem of his garment!” and Jesus did say, “Someone touched me! I felt Virtue leave me!”
 
FRIENDS! YOU AND I WILL FEEL THE SAME THING!
There are people who spiritually and morally who will literally draw or pull the virtue out of your life, and if you don’t keep up the supply from the life of Jesus Christ you will be exhausted! We must keep our spiritual strength strong and let others nourish themselves until they are able to stand on their own feet, and then take direct life instructions from him.
 
DON’T BE DISTURBED IF PEOPLES LIVES SEEM TO BE MESSY…
… OR THINGS ARE CHANGING AND NOT FITTING PERFECTLY LIKE A JIGSAW PUZZLE PIECE!
It actually means there is a terrific possibility of greater things developing!
And the same thing spiritually is that if there is turbulence in our lives, God is turning it into the right thing in the right time! So, in the meantime, look to Jesus, and take the next step as it comes.
 
“GET THROUGH WHATEVER YOU’RE GOING THROUGH
AND YOU’LL BE A TREMENDOUS ASSISTANCE TO OTHERS
WHO ARE GOING THROUGH THE VERY SAME THING!”
 
IT’S NOT FOR US TO SHAME OR HUMILIATE OR CRITICIZE OTHERS for not being where you are spiritually, but instead, it’s for us to see that we are good nourishing bread for these people in the hands of God. 
If we look at Job Chapter one verse one that verse certainly speaks loudly!
It says Job was blameless and upright.  He feared God and pushed away or shunned evil and this was the character God gave to Job.
God asked Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job? There’s no one on earth like him”, and Satan, then replied and said, “Well, strip him, and he will curse you to your face!”
 
SATAN WANTED JOB TO FALL. HE WANTS US TO FALL,
But God wanted Job to be blessed. So Satan tried to strip Job from God.
With a Malignant, and a strong, strong, evil energy, he goes to work, and then in one day he brought the greatest man in all of the East into abject poverty and then visits him with great sadness, blow after blow of such a difficult and crushing nature and with such speed this all fell upon Job!
We just have to marvel at the testimony of the Holy Spirit that in all of this, Job did not sin by blaming God with wrongdoing, that’s in verse 22 of Job one.
What a massive win for God, and what a punch in the face and a defeat for Satan.
 
A Current Prophetic Word
Many hidden and also more visual Prophetic individuals are hearing similar threads and words from the Holy Spirit regarding what I’m about to share with you.
I encourage you to be very focused and still as you take these insights to heart.
The Father has things that are very succinct and encouraging for you to hear.
“Those who have stayed faithful to God’s leading, stepping out into new things will start to see doors opened into the promises. The prophetic word of testing and preparing them for this time is now coming to pass.
There is a precise blessing for the double portion where that which was conceived and dreamed about in the years past, and now it surfaces into a double blessing.
This is the year where the prophetic voice brings into the open new life, brings restoration, strengthening the weary soul, enlarging your heart, resurrecting the dry bones.
This is the prophecy to His church. ‘As you reorder, reset yourself to His leading, His mission, and His headship, He brings the wind of His Spirit to cause His church to rise up. Expect to see resurrection in the church’.
Doors begin to appear for many, with heavenly encounters and signs showing the way. Those who have stayed faithful to God’s leading, stepping out into new things will start to see doors opened into the promises.
For some, this year will be one where you start to truly enter the dream you felt God called you to during the last year or two, even though it seemed to lead to nothing, and you found yourself back at the beginning of where it all started.
But through the voice of the Father and the Son, they have been establishing you, preparing you, for what lies ahead. This year, development has been taking place, positioning you for the door that is about to open.
The is the beginning of the prophetic word and dream being realized…
…But it is only the beginning.
The place where no options and hard brick walls once existed, now, doors appear, new partnerships and pure relationships continue to be revealed.
This is for personal moves of God and for national moves of God globally.
The moment and movements, yes, better mobility allowing the passage through the doors is being made possible.However, be wise and aware that the enemy crouches at the door, so don’t be deceived, but in the power of God and faith in His leading, continue, despite the battle.
Know too that Satan will seek to deceive by building his false gates and attractive “other doors” options, flanking the Lord’s, so; prayerfully seek the will of God.
The key that opens the Doors of The Father is humility and dependence on Him.
This door is opened by the Doorkeeper.
Hearts once closed to love will begin to open the journey to humility, bringing about those who will bend their knees. Those who carry the gospel will see their light received by those bowing and seeking God, and a new awakening will take place.
It’s time for the doorkeepers to announce the invitation, ‘Come, enter into His presence, open your heart to His perfect love, and you will find rest. The Lord will make His home in you.’
 
My Husband Steve had a most beautiful encounter with the Lord during an early morning and he is going to share his exact words and understanding about what that the Lord gave to him in the next few minutes of this podcast.
It is so very timely and certainly the word of the Lord for this time that we are living in and experiencing.
 
PECULIAR PEOPLE
(Jesus Christ) who did give himself for us, that he might ransom us from all lawlessness, and might purify to himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works;” Titus 2:14 (Young’s Literal Translation)
PERHAPS YOU HAVEN'T CONSIDERED YOURSELF PECULIAR, BUT THAT’S HOW THE APOSTLE PAUL REFERS US TO.
Why? Because Peculiar People walk by the spirit, and not by the flesh. In our temporal life on this earth we are bombarded with difficult situations. However, even as we live in the flesh our life is hidden in God and we who walk in the spirit overcome these situations.
“I am crucified with Christ nevertheless, I live, yet, not I but Christ, who lives himself in me. The life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave his life for me.
THERE IS A SONG THAT WAS OFTEN SUNG IN WORSHIPS SERVICES THAT ORIGINATED FROM PSALM 48:1-3 
Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised.

Beautiful for situations, the God of the whole earth,
Is Mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the City of the Great King?
 
ON THE FEAST OF TABERNACLES, THE INGATHERING, THE FIRST NIGHT OF SUKKOTH, SEPTEMBER 30, 2023, AT 4AM, I WAS AWAKENED AND WALKED OUTSIDE TO SEE THE FULL HARVEST MOON.
It was an unusually bright night.
Prophetically it represented the soon coming harvest of souls about to be ingathered to His Kingdom.
Next to the moon shown the planet Venus - the morning star. We know the Morning Star to be another name Jesus gave to Himself in the Book of Revelations. I also saw the Little Dipper shining very brightly as if reporting that His Saints were about to “dip in“ and gather the end time harvest for the Kingdom of God.
In this weary season because of the constant assault of evil agendas we often feel as if we are literally on the battlefield of the last days War between Two Kingdoms. Satan’s assault, his purpose, is to steal, kill and destroy, particularly from the Saints of God. His method is to first come by fearful thought to distract us from who we are in our spirit man and steal our divine purpose.
 
MANY SAINTS ARE PRESENTLY BURDENED BY SITUATIONS OF THE WORLD. They are looking to their situations as being more real than God’s Word and the power that He has given to them. If your purpose is stolen it is equal to neutralizing you or equal to spirituality killing you.
When your eyes are focused more upon the negative situation than on who we are in Christ, then Satan has not only stolen from you, he has robbed you of your true identity. The ‘eyes of our flesh’ are then held captive by him as we focus more on the problem than the victory we have in Jesus. He said, “I have come that you might have life abundantly!” We stand as conquerors in Him or we succumb to the trouble and are defeated.
 
GOD SAYS WE ARE A PECULIAR PEOPLE.
Why?
We who know our God intimately, walk in the spirit and not in the flesh.
We are unmoved by situations. “He who has ears to hear, (he who walks in the spirit realm), let him hear what God is saying to the churches.”
 
EARLY IN 2022 THE LORD SPOKE TO ME AND SAID,
“Live in the history of your future!”
Exactly what does that mean?
Ask yourself these questions:
In the spirit realm how do you envision yourself in the future?
What are (or will be) your accomplished results?
 What passions did God instill in you and what purpose has He created in you before the foundation of the world?
 
IN THE SPIRIT, IN THE FUTURE, DO YOU SEE YOURSELF
SETTLED AND LOOKING BACK ON YOUR LIFE
 HAVING COMPLETED WHAT GOD HAS PURPOSED FOR YOU
TO ACCOMPLISH DURING YOUR SHORT SPAN ON THE EARTH?
 
In the midst of your current situation, according to your future self, do you look back at the present obstacles, the situation that Satan threw at you to trip you up, and see yourself as having overcome it? 
Do you envision yourself as confident in the Lord having applied His word and having walked by faith and not by sight?
In the spirit you are imagining that you have advanced yourself in faith?
Are you living in the years yet to come and looking back to the now seeing how you overcame the situation by the Word of God? That is how you live now “…in the history of your future!”
You borrow from your future victorious self and apply that to the present.
 
FOR EXAMPLE, LOOKING AT A MONETARY SITUATION OF LACK OF FINANCES, IT IS ALWAYS ACCOMPANIED WITH ANXIETY.
Scripture says, “Anxiety in the heart of a man weighs it down.” - Proverbs 12:25.
IT IS THE DEVIL’S TRAP TO DIVERT YOU INTO EMBRACING WORRY RATHER THAN FOCUSING ON ALL THAT YOU HAVE SUPPLIED IN THE PROMISES OF THE LORD. That same scripture above is completed with “but a good word makes it glad!” In other words, focusing on the Word of God and the promises He made to provide for you are more powerful than any lack you might be experiencing in the natural.
 
YOU ARE A PECULIAR PEOPLE!
You are not moved by what you see, by what present upsetting situations you are going through. “The joy of the Lord is your strength.”  Peculiar People have joy in the midst of natural situations. They override circumstances by faith standing on the promises of God.  In their spirit they see themselves having passed through the “valley of the shadow of death” overcoming these natural situations by remaining confident in what God says about them.
 
PECULIAR PEOPLE HAVE A FOUNDATION ON WHICH THEY STAND.
“Having done all to stand,” (standing firm on the Word and who God called them to be), “stand therefore!” They see themselves, not on the defense, but on the offense, having the upper hand. They confidently wrestle the adversary and rejoice in prayers of thanksgiving. They are resolute in presenting themselves and pleading their case before the Throne of Grace, fully dressed in the armor of God, which is the holy character of the Lord Jesus. They stand in faith stating what scripture says about their situation saying, “God, here is what your Word says about it and I’m holding you to it!” He loves that boldness!
 
PECULIAR PEOPLE STAND FIRM AGAINST THE WILES OF THE DEVIL BECAUSE THEY SEE THEMSELVES AS VICTORS.
They envision who they have become in their future self.
They know who they are because of what Jesus did on the Cross and who God called them to be.
They know their purpose is to bring heaven to earth, to be a present expression that represents the faith of all the great Cloud of Witnesses.
Peculiar People already envision themselves as having defeated the devil and as being part of the City of God, the New Jerusalem. This is their future! “Live NOW in the history of your future!”
They have already overcome natural situations and the devil’s ploy against them.
HOW YOU ASK? 
“And they overcame and conquered him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, for they did not love their life and renounce their faith even when faced with death.” Revelations 12:11 (Amplified)
 
FIRST, VICTORY COMES BY THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB.
They identify themselves with Christ on the Cross having had died with Him, then having risen with Him where their life is conducted by faith and hidden in the Son of God.
Secondly, it is by the word of their testimony, their covenant!
They live their earthly lives through Him in spirit over the flesh. God is the same yesterday, today, and forever! Forever is the spiritual place that is beyond the dimension of eternity. It has no beginning and no end. These saints are hosting Christ in their spirit; therefore, they live through the Alpha and Omega in this life on earth.
Thirdly, they overcame Satan in their identity with Christ because they love not their our own lives, their own soul and body, even to a situation of facing physical death. If necessary, in our stand against Satan, we volunteer for martyrdom.
How is the possible? Because we have already died with Him!
 
PECULIAR PEOPLE LIVE THROUGH CHRIST JESUS BY WALKING IN THE SPIRIT, a realm higher than our natural earthly physical life. We live on Mount Zion, the city of the New Jerusalem, along with the victorious Saints who have preceded us.
The Morning Star has risen in our heart and we see ourselves for who we are as victors in the spirit. We live now on this earth borrowing on the promise of who we will be in the age to come. We live in the history of our future! We live as the Ingathered.
We call those things that are not (presently in the midst of our situations) as though they were, because by faith, in the spirit realm, they already are a reality in the purpose of Christ within us. That is how you fulfill and complete the part of the prayer that Jesus taught His disciples to pray, and to live. “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth, as it is in heaven.”
 
THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS WITHIN YOU!
It is your personal relationship with God in spirit.
It is your union with Him in revelation that you are one with God in intimacy.
Once that is established, and then you can confidently carry His presence outwardly and exhibit His nature toward others.
 
YOU ARE THE TEMPLE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT AND RADIATE HIS GLORY.
That is what it means to bring His Kingdom on earth “as it is in heaven.”
 
PECULIAR PEOPLE BRING THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN TO THE EARTH.
Stand firm in who you are as the bright Morning Star continues to arise in your heart, even to its brightest, as the light of the full day or noon.
Live today in the history of your future. Be Peculiar.

”THE HAND OF GOD OVER YOUR CITY” - A WORD AND A WARNING

In this podcast I will be speaking about an experience that I had which was completely unexpected, yet several consecutive things took place indicating a Word and warning from the Lord regarding our City. This happened in late August of 2019, right before the WuhanCovid19 biological disaster was unleashed, shortly after. This is a difficult message somewhat for me to deliver yet, it’s also a wonderful insight for us all during such volatile and darks days.
This podcast was unusually difficult to pull together, due to several events that simultaneously warred against us. Pipes broke in our home and we are still sorting out that situation with great difficulty. I was suddenly very ill with a kidney/bladder situation, (I’ve never had any problems previously,) and my husband was then in pain with a sudden kidney stone! We took this to prayer along with several others praying for and with us and have seen the Lord do the work of restoring our bodies. The pipes are still in a place of prayer and decisions about what to do. BUT! God sees it all and knows the answer!
Now! Lets get to the podcast! It’s an intense but import message from the Lord at this time.
 
OFTEN THE LORD WILL LET US SEE THINGS OR CATALOG THINGS, AND THEN HE WILL PUT THESE ALL TOGETHER AND SPEAK CLEARLY ABOUT WHY HE LET US SEE OR HEAR SOME OF THEM. It’s not always easy to communicate what the Lord shows you prophetically, but I’m going to give it my best and trust that the Holy Spirit will let you hear what you’re supposed to hear, and see what you’re supposed to see.
My husband, Steve, and I went to the Denver Museum of Nature & Science’s to see “The DaVinci Experience”. I had purchased surprise birthday tickets for Steve since his birthday is in late August. As we were driving around looking for a parking space, the lots were absolutely chaotic since the location of this event also had multiple huge displays and different events going on. We finally pulled into a space quite a distance away and hurriedly got out of the car and quickly headed towards the building that the presentation and creations that DaVinci had made, were being displayed. We had a specific time slot to be in line for or we would lose our entry to view the exhibit.
As we went in, we noticed that to the left a section there were all of the musical instruments and many copies of DaVinci’s paintings and amazing inventions that literally changed the world. On the right hand side, there were large, 20-foot graphics, and then reproductions of all of the machines of war that DaVinci drew and created. He was one of the first catapult engineers! As we read about his life, he was known to have extreme artistic talent and precision engineering types of abilities, but in order for him to finance his creative artistic gift, he also had to create weapons of destruction in order for the wealthy to support him.
We moved on further into a large room that had multiple multimedia cameras positioned on huge canvases, and we watched beautiful movement and saw his most amazing art creations, projected onto massive screens with gorgeous music accompanying these. As we moved out of that room and walked around and were looking at a few more items that were created by DaVinci, I looked up and on the wall there was a statement that DaVinci had made.
I didn’t quite know why at the time but I was impressed to take a picture of it.
Here is what the statement said.
There are three classes of people:
Those who see,
Those who see when they are shown,
Those who do not see.
 
Steve and I finished the exhibit and went out into the parking lot and as we were walking towards our car, I looked in front of our car and realized we had parked in front of a large, silver colored, aluminum light pole.
Right In The Middle Of That Pole In Front Of Our Car Someone Had Carefully Used Some Kind Of A Tool To Hammer A Perfect Indentation Of A Goblet Or What Some Might Call A Cup.
I pointed this out to Steve and I said, “Why would there be a cup right where that “pole is” where we are parked?”
Again, the Holy Spirit prompted me to take a picture of what I saw. So I did. Picture below. (As a side note, the last name of our extreme liberal governor is Pol-is).
We stopped to have a birthday meal and enjoyed ourselves and then began the trek back home on Interstate 25.
We reached a specific place on the highway where you’re up above on a higher curve that turns towards the north. To the left you can see the full Rocky Mountain Front Range. The traffic was at a standstill when we hit this section and it was bumper-to-bumper.
As we were sitting there, talking about the strangeness of the DaVinci art show, I happened to look out my window, which was on the right side of the car.
Directly To My Right Up In The Sky Was A Giant Hand-Shaped Cloud. It was stretched out, reaching out over the capital or pointing toward the Capital hill area of Denver. It was so clear and obvious that people were rolling down their windows and staring, and of course phones with cameras were snapping up the picture!
Again The Holy Spirit Said, “Take A Picture Of This”, And We Were Pretty Stunned To See Something So Extremely Clear In The Sky. Down in the corner of the picture when I got home and looked at it again, was a billboard sign that said, “plumbers wanted”.
 
Of course, at the time I had no idea how all three of these pictures were going to come together, but we don’t always know what the Holy Spirit is putting together in the moment when he is showing us things that he wants us to observe and pray about. .
 
FOR MONTH AFTER MONTH I WAS PRAYING AND TRYING TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THE LORD WAS SAYING TO ME ABOUT ALL OF THESE THINGS HE HAD ME SEE. Meanwhile, the legislation in the state of Colorado and bills that were being passed by them were becoming more and more restrictive and excessively contentious, and diabolical in their approach.  
 
THEN, ONE DAY, AS I WAS JUST THINKING ABOUT EVERYTHING AND PRAYING, THE PICTURES ALL CAME BACK TO MY MIND.
The Holy Spirit began to speak to me about the hand of God over our city, and I was immediately reminded of the picture of the hand that I had taken in the sky.
This hand was the right hand outstretched in the sky, towards the city of Denver, and it almost looked as if there was another hand below it reaching towards it, but it was more faint.
 
WHEN GOD’S HAND IS STRETCHED OUT OVER A CITY OR TOWARDS AN INDIVIDUAL, IT IS BECAUSE HE WANTS TO EITHER BLESS THE CITY, WARN THE CITY, OR JUDGE A CITY.
In the Book of Daniel chapter five there was the hand of God that wrote on the wall of a feast taking place.
Belshazzar, the son of King Nabonidus, began to co-reign over the Babylonian empire with his father starting in 553 B.C. He decides, in 539, to hold in Babylon a great feast for one thousand of his nobles (Daniel 5:1).
No expense is spared in carrying out the lavish banquet!
During the revelry Belshazzar, now drunk from wine, commands that the holy vessels Nebuchadnezzar took from Jerusalem's temple be brought to the festivities. He then proceeds to have himself and his honored guests drink from these gold and silver goblets. The party guests soon begin to use the vessels, in a contemptuous act against God, to celebrate and praise their own pagan deities! (Daniel 5:2 - 4)
 
THE MIRACULOUS HANDWRITING
As those at the massive banquet continue to indulge in drunkenness and idolatry, the fingers of a man's hand miraculously appear near one of the hall's walls. The supernatural manifestation then begins writing on a wall the now well-known words, "Mene, Mene, Tekel, Upharsin" (Daniel 5:25).
BELSHAZZAR, WHILE HE IS WITNESSING GOD'S HANDWRITING, BECOMES TERRIFIED.
The fear welling up inside of him not only causes his face to turn pale but also his knees to knock together! His now weakened state causes him to fall to the ground (Daniel 5:5 - 6).
 
THIS WAS WORTHLESS AND VAIN
Pulling himself together, Belshazzar calls for his enchanters and astrologers to interpret the mysterious words. They, of course, prove to be worthless and unable to determine the meaning of the phrase on the wall. Following his wife's suggestion (Daniel 5:10 - 12), the king summons an old man named Daniel (likely in his 90's).
Daniel severely chastises the king for not reeling in his excessive pride and vanity, even though he knew God punished King Nebuchadnezzar’s pride. He then interprets the handwriting on the wall for the king.
 
A TRUE INTERPRETATION
The literal word for word translation of "Mene, Mene, Tekel, Upharsin" in Daniel 5:25 is "numbered" "weighed" and "divided up or split". Daniel goes into detail and tells Belshazzar that "mene" means God has numbered his kingdom and will end it. The word "tekel" suggested this judgment was due to the king's character being found morally deficient or wanting.
 
BELSHAZZAR IS KILLED SEVERAL HOURS AFTER SEEING THE HANDWRITING ON THE WALL. The Persians overrun the city of Babylon (Daniel 5:31). The once great empire receives its final crushing blow when later the same year Persia's Cyrus the Great is victorious at the battle of Opis in Mesopotamia.
 
THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD HAS SHOWN ME THAT THE MEANING OF THESE THINGS THAT I SAW AND DOCUMENTED IN PICTURES, the words on the wall in the DaVinci display, the cup or chalice that was hammered on the light pole in front of where our car was parked, and then, of course, seeing the hand in the sky, are three things that really address one thing.
 
REMEMBER The DaVinci statement was.

MANY PEOPLE ARE SEEING THAT GOD IS CALLING THEM INTO A DEEPER PLACE OF GENUINE PURITY, not a “religious” rigid, holiness, but a Divine holiness of love and faithfulness. It’s a choice to be obedient to God and these people see that God is asking them to walk a pure path with him.
They are hearing God speak in the difficult times that we are in and they are seeing him in a way they have not experienced before. These people are alive with the pursuit of the will of God for their lives and are in daily communication with God.
 
THE SECOND GROUP OF PEOPLE ARE THOSE WHO WILL “SEE WHEN THEY ARE SHOWN”.
These individuals walk in a very shallow faith and need to have facts and data that match their narrative, or match the way that “they” think. These are the people that we are to compel to seek God, to seek truth and to not seek the modern day constant “shifting of truths”, in order to convince people to follow a less then accurate way.
Individuals like this often doubt that there is only one way for salvation through Jesus Christ as the Savior and King. They dabble in light occult practices and in different forms of soul-driven “self care” practices, in order to please their flesh, as well as feed their need to be in control.
They walk in a very immature level of weak faith and often are distracted or led by emotions and feelings regarding decision-making. This is where deception easily creeps in and the louder voices of human reasoning, choke out the pure word of God.
 
THE THIRD GROUP OF PEOPLE ARE THOSE WHO DO NOT SEE.
They absolutely remain blinded. They remain stuck, and they choose to not believe the warnings around them.
In John 9:39 Jesus said,
“For judgment I have come into this world,
so that the blind will see
and those who see will become blind.”
 
AS I PONDERED THESE THINGS, and began thinking about the communion type looking cup or chalice on the light pole in front of our car, that was literally chiseled or hammered into the metal, no matter how much I tried to reason with myself that this didn’t mean anything, the Holy Spirit would not let up.
Then the Lord began to speak to me and said that this is the cup that our governor in Colorado has chosen to drink from.
I remembered my statement when I saw the cup chiseled into the light pole as we were standing there.  I vividly remember saying to my husband, “look at what is hammered onto where the pole is!” (Our governor’s name last name is Po-lis).
 
AND SO THE LORD BEGAN TO SPEAK ABOUT HIM TO ME, and, yes, we have prayed and prayed for him, and prayed that he would have his eyes opened, but in fact, he’s becoming more and more like the tyrant king Belshazzar in Daniel, who defied everything in order to build his kingdom. His lavish and wicked ways have multiplied evil and death in our state.
Many Governors and leaders are drinking from a cup of deception, sexual perversion, the murdering of children, and tyrannical law.
 
GOD’S HAND IS OUTSTRETCHED.
It was outstretched in the sky, pointing towards our state capital. God is saying to the state of corrupt Colorado, and of course, to many other states specifically that his hand is outstretched to those who will see and help, and who will obey the voice of God.
But for those that have to be shown, and for those who will not see, there is a cup to be drunk from that will be of utter sorrow and great destruction.
What amazed me about this outstretched hand in the sky was that people were at a dead stop on the highway and were all taking pictures.
Everyone knew it was a phenomenon and an unusually strange cloud! They knew it was something strange because they were taking pictures of it!
DOWN BELOW, IN THE RIGHT HAND CORNER OF THE PICTURE (as I was looking at again), you can see that there is an advertisement sign that was on the opposite side of the median.
It said.
“Now Hiring” - Plumber Service. Apply Within.
I was asking the Lord why that picture seemed to be significant because I was impressed to continue looking at it, and then he revealed to me why he wanted me to pay more attention to it.
Most all of us all know that plumbers come to do some very difficult work in our homes. One of the most messy and unpleasant jobs is when they have to bring in a rotor-rooter system that needs to unclog drainpipes in order for debris and sewage and water to be able to pass through freely.
 
THE LORD IMPRESSED ME WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT PRAYER AND INTERCESSION IS MUCH LIKE PLUMBING. Those devoted to prayer stay consistent and persistent as they push against the darkness, the blockages and the strongholds that “stop-up” and keep the free flow of the Spirit of God in their cities.
INTERCESSORS KNOW THAT THE CONSISTENT APPLICATION OF PRAYER IN SPECIFIC AREAS HAS TO BE DONE WITH THE INTENT OF FOCUSED AND PURPOSEFUL PRAYER.
 
COLORADO HAS MANY DEMONIC STRONGHOLDS, AND THE DARKNESS HAS ENCROACHED AND INCREASED.
Colorado’s governor signed into law that there can be no “conversion therapy” permitted by any counselor, licensed psychiatrists or licensed, registered or certified mental health providers, in the state of Colorado according to the Movement Advancement Project.

This basically means that anyone who would want to leave a homosexual lifestyle or any other kind of sexually deviant lifestyle attached to that, cannot be counseled, as to how to do that. It is called fantasy. It is called impossibility and, it is called illegal! Christians who believe the Bible opposes homosexuality should be given “the freedom to choose counseling and support that’s one with their goals," but that the current legal trend prevents parents from doing so. If you’re a parent and you have a 5-year-old boy who’s confused about his identity, in Colorado you can’t find a licensed counselor who will help him embrace his masculine identity, and that’s a travesty.
However, Colorado law does allow for “gender-affirming care,” such as hormone therapy, for minor children, with parental consent. But, youth can access mental health care without parental consent at age of 12, which means psychotherapy of any kind, including gender-affirming counseling, is available for children 12 and older. Some states, including California, want to prohibit such therapy/counseling for adults as well.
Governor Polis also urged individuals to lie to their family members and “privately” get one of the controversial COVID-19 vaccines while engaging in deception, to keep loved ones who may be against the vaccines from finding out.

UNDERSTAND, Colorado does not make exceptions for minors to receive the COVID-19 vaccine or any vaccine without parental permission. 
THIS IS WHERE THE CHURCH MUST TO COME INTO PLAY. Ministers who are men and women of God must be available to help break the darkness, break down the lies, break down the narratives by praying and being available to the Lord (like a plumber), to clear out this blockage that is causing great difficulty in the homes and lives around them, and the hearts of many believers.
They must preach the truth regarding sexually deviant practices and pushes to influence little children that are taking place in our world.
It must be done biblically and it must be done in love.
 
ANOTHER THING THAT THIS GOVERNOR HAS SIGNED OFF INTO LAW IS THAT A CHILD CAN BE ABORTED UP TO THE VERY DAY OF BIRTH. That means a full-term baby can be murdered within seconds of being born. This is a great evil in our land, and it is a great evil to sign into law in any state!

AND SO, WE, THE INTERCESSORS OF GOD, MUST PRAY.
The part that stood out to me above all the others on the advertisement sign were the words “apply within”.
When we are intercessors for the Lord, when we are as human beings called by the Lord as believers to pray, and to do the work of intercession in prayer, to bring about a godly plumb line in our city, GOD IS LOOKING FOR THOSE THAT HE CAN “EMPLOY” or, "HIRE" TO GET THE JOB DONE. 
 
THE FATHER IS LOOKING FOR WORKERS
WHO ARE WILLING TO STAND IN THE GAP AND PRAY UNTIL CHANGE COMES.
But, it has to be applied within. Each of us has to apply that prayer to our own lives as well as seeking God, asking him to purify our hearts so that when we pray, our prayers are not hindered, and, so that the Lord hears them, from a pure heart.
We have to apply intercession “within first” so that the hand of God can move without the land.
 
WHAT IS THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD?
In ancient times, a person with a high or highest rank stood to the king's right side. Even today, a person may be called someone's "right hand man" or "wingman" when he or she serves as the closest person to another leader. An example of this can be found in Genesis 48:13-14 where Jacob blessed the child who would receive a greater blessing with his right hand. The right hand of God also relates to this concept of someone being right next to God, acknowledging both authority and closeness to Him.
 
WHILE GOD THE FATHER DOES NOT CONSIST OF A PHYSICAL BODY LIKE HUMANS DO, THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD IS OFTEN USED FIGURATIVELY IN SCRIPTURE. In the Old Testament, the phrase is used to refer to the coming Messiah. Psalm 110:1 predicts, "The LORD says to my Lord: 'Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool'" (also quoted in Matthew 22:44). Psalm 118:16 adds, "the right hand of the LORD exalts, the right hand of the LORD does valiantly!"
In the New Testament, we see expressions of this phrase in reference to Jesus Christ. Ephesians 1:20-21 says, "…that he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and above every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come."
Romans 8:34 teaches, "Who is to condemn? Christ Jesus is the one who died—more than that, who was raised—who is at the right hand of God, who indeed is interceding for us."
 
THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD THEN, IS A REFERENCE TO BOTH A PLACE OF CLOSENESS TO GOD THE FATHER AND A POSITION OF POWER ABOVE ALL OTHER POWERS. That means that Jesus has power over any and all earthly governors operating in evil powers. Jesus the Messiah exists at the right hand of God today, perfectly reigning with God the Father and God the Spirit in community and power.
THE HAND OF GOD HAS BEEN EXTENDED, LETTING US KNOW THAT HE IS CALLING AND POINTING OUT AS A SIGN THAT HE IS LOOKING FOR INTERCESSORS. He wants to have a plumb line that is straight and in order, and, he wants his people to believe and trust in him, without having to be shown every little step of the way. He’s looking for those that will “see and believe” without having to be shown. This is where the crux of our faith comes into play.
 
WHEN IT IS SO DIFFICULT AND SO DARK, AND IT SEEMS AS IF NOTHING IS CHANGING, AND NOTHING IS MOVING, RESOURCES ARE TIGHT, PRESSURES WITHIN AND PRESSURES WITHOUT ARE PUSHING IN ON US, THIS IS WHEN THE LORD POINTS TO THE PLACE WE NEED TO BE.
 
That place is looking within our own hearts to allow him to do the work through prayer and intercession that needs to be done. We need to apply it “within”.
If you’re looking for a sign from the Lord, and you’ve been seeking him, your sign is exactly like the actual billboard sign that I saw! He is looking for you to become a person that decides to hunker down in authentic times of prayer and intercession, and apply it within, your own life.
 
AS I SHARED THESE THINGS WITH MY HUSBAND STEVE THAT I SAW AND PONDERED AND WRESTLED OVER FOR MONTHS, WE BOTH CONTINUED TO PONDER AND THOUGHT ABOUT THEM OFTEN, AND PRAYED.
One morning a few weeks later Steve, just as he was waking up, (the Lord often shows or speaks things to Steve just as he is waking up in the morning), he heard the Lord speak to him, and he was addressing our Governor.
Here is what the Lord said.
“You have been found wanting, your breath will be taken from you”.
NOW, PLEASE UNDERSTAND! WE DO NOT WISH ANY EVIL OR HARM TO COME UP ON ANYONE!
But, just as Belshazzar chose to drink from the golden and silver goblets that were to be used only for holy purposes, our governor has chosen to use the vessels God has called holy which are infants, children, and justice, and abuses them by drinking from the cup of the murderous Genocide of infants, sexual deviancy, and tyranny.
He refuses to be shown the way of the Lord, and he refuses to honor truth. He refuses to see. He wants to murder more infants and control medical care for children.
And so the Lord speaks about his right hand of judgment and literally had a right hand form in the sky above Denver, reaching towards the Colorado State Capital.
Exodus 15:6 says,
“Your right hand, O LORD, glorious in power,
Your right hand, O LORD shatters the enemy.”
 
ALL ACROSS OUR LAND, THERE ARE LEADERS
WHO HAVE BECOME DRIVEN BY DEMONIC FORCES,
AND BY THEIR OWN PRIDE AND ARROGANCE AND WEALTH.
 
They choose to ignore the voice of God, and they refuse to see the warnings that he has continuously brought to our land. When we ask God to move his hand, we must ask with the intent of the Lord saving the wicked from his own demise. And yet we know that there will be those who will not see.
WHEN SCRIPTURE USES THE IMAGE OF GOD’S RIGHT HAND, IT IS MEANT TO BE A PICTURE OF THE PINNACLE OF STRENGTH AND ABILITY. In passages that specify God’s right hand, his strength is a key focus.
One of my favorite verses is the following.
“Now I know that the Lord saves His anointed;
He will answer him from His holy heaven
With the saving strength of His right hand.
Some boast in chariots and some in horses,
But we will boast in the name of the Lord, our God.” (Psalm 20:6-7)
 
The Right Hand of God is outstretched for his people for Protection and Salvation
Psalms 44:3 says:
“For by their own sword they did not possess the land, and their own arm did not save them, but your right hand and Your arm and the light of Your presence, for You favored them.”
And Psalms 17:7 says
“Wondrously show Your loving-kindness, O Savior of those who take refuge at Your right hand  from those who rise up against them.
 
THIS LAST VERSE I SHARE IS PACKED WITH SUCH BEAUTIFUL TRUTH.
I believe it is exactly what many of you need to hear right now.
Psalms 18:35 Says
“You have also given me the shield of your salvation, 

And your right hand upholds and sustains me; 

Your gentleness [Your gracious response when I pray]
makes me great.”
 
MY FRIENDS, IT IS IN GENTLENESS AND INTERCESSION THAT MAKES US GREAT.Great in the eyes of God, because we choose to move and flow in, HIS image. Yes, judgment will come, and God will move with fierce and complete fire when he brings justice. But, he is long-suffering, and he waits patiently and gives many opportunities for hearts to change.
Jesus is still praying and interceding right now in this moment for us, and intercedes for the world. But, he does bring warnings, and just as he wrote on the wall, God is beginning to point his finger to things in each of our cities, and he is going to bring justice and judgment as well.
 
WE CAN SHAKE OUR FISTS ALL THAT WE WANT AT THE EVIL PEOPLE AROUND USand make poignant posts on social media that we hope others will read and be motivated by. But in the end, the greatest force and the greatest power and the greatest kindness and grace that we could possibly ever operate in is, when we become those who choose to pray.
 
WE BECOME PLUMBERS BY USING THE PLUMB-LINE OF PRAYER
TO PUSH OUT THE UNCLEAN AND THE UNHOLY,
SO THAT THE FRESH CLEAN FLOW OF THE HOLY SPIRIT CAN ONCE AGAIN
BRING TIMES OF REFRESHING AND PURITY TO THE BODY OF CHRIST,
AND THEN TO OUR CITIES.
 
THE LORD IS GOING TO BEGIN TO SHOW MORE SIGNS AND WONDERS JUST LIKE THE HAND IN THE SKY THAT HE FORMED OVER THE CITY OF DENVER.
I’m going to share in my next podcast about yet another supernatural event I had when I began to prayer walk during the time of COVID-19 lockdowns. I had a very supernatural event take place and now in retrospect, realizing exactly what the Holy Spirit had me do and say, has driven me to a place of understanding that when we are yielded in God to prayer, and yielded to allowing the Holy Spirit to pray through us, he will speak things and show us things that only God can do.
I ENCOURAGE YOU TO BECOME MORE TENDER HEARTED AND CAST AWAY BITTERNESS AND HATRED AND DESPAIR. Ask the Lord to drive you into a place of greater Intercession, because his hand is reaching out over your city and is reaching out over your leaders, but it is also pointing towards the signs that tell us we are to become people of Intercession and apply that prayer within our own lives, in order to see God move in a mighty way.
 
HE IS ABSOLUTELY HOLDING US!
Isaiah 41:10 tells us,
“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God;
I will strengthen you, I will help you, and
I will uphold you with my righteous
Right hand.
 
IN CONCLUSION
There are many seasons in life.  Proverbs tells us there is a time for every purpose under heaven.  Beloved, I believe it is time to draw near to God, to prepare our hearts for His presence. 
There simply is no substitute for the presence of God!
David was a king. His life was filled with many responsibilities and he was clearly very passionate about many things.  Yet he wrote, "When You said, 'Seek My face,' my heart said to You, “You, O LORD, I will seek' " (Ps 27:8).
 
IF THE HOLY SPIRIT WERE TO WHISPER TO YOUR HEART THAT HE WANTS MORE OF YOUR TIME, WHEN THE LORD SAYS, "SEEK MY FACE," WHAT DO YOU SAY? 
Oh beloved, here is the true battle for your soul!
Your victory is not in getting more data and information about the evil days and treacherous news cycles, but in your answer to the Lord's call. 
The result of seeking God is that He guides us into an absolutely fearless life. (see Psalm 27:1-4).  David says, "For in the day of trouble He will conceal me in His tabernacle; in the secret place of His tent He will hide me; He will lift me up on a rock." (Ps 27:5).
 
TODAY, WITH SO MANY DISTRACTIONS, WHAT PLACE DOES THE LORD HAVE IN YOUR LIFE?  If He called you to deepen your walk, to seek His face, how would you respond?  When He says, "Seek My face," what does your heart say to Him?
I love Paul’s instruction in prayer that he gave to Timothy in 1st Timothy 2:-1-3
“First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way” because “This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior.”
 
PLEASE. PLEASE!  JOIN ME RIGHT NOW IN THIS MOMENT OF INTERCESSION
AS I PRAY FOR MY CITY, YOUR CITY, ALL CITES.
 
Father, turn our cities from the power of darkness to light, open their eyes that they might receive forgiveness of sins.
We pray for our cities LORD. 

So much turmoil is affecting so many. 

Help us reprioritize in these desperate times. 

Teach us to number our days.
 
Give us love for You and one another. 
 Give us wisdom and discernment.

Forgive us. Renew us.
 
We pray against the evil schemes of the enemy.
He is a liar and a murder. From the beginning, he was so. 

Help us resist His temptations.
 
Preserve our lives, LORD. 
Help us have peace in the middle of the storm! 

Strengthen our faith and love. 
Give us hearts full of thanksgiving.
 
We depend on You.
We do not put our hope in medicine, Policy, leadership or human might, but in the Lord of Hosts, the Holy One of Israel.
 
Be with every honest and godly leader and minister Lord.
Keep their eyes on truth, and Frustrate evil at every turn.
In the Name Christ Jesus our King, we pray, Amen!

THE VOICE OF GOD - “A REFUGE OF TRUTH FROM THE WORLD OF DARKNESS AND CHAOS”

Hello to all of you who are listening via podcast today or who are reading this message!
I just finished being a part of our weekly prayer gathering this evening, and I have to tell you, the presence of the Father was so absolutely strong and evident in our time together! I am literally to the point that I anticipate all day long on Thursday evenings, getting together with the group that we pray with. I practically run to the family room and get things prepared, and get in position so that when everyone arrives we can just get right at it!
We have been blessed week after week, month after month with the sweet and strong presence of God as we intercede for our nation, for the globe, and for so many other things that the Lord lays on our hearts to pray about.
 
I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON THE PODCAST THAT I HAD TALKED ABOUT EARLIER, REGARDING A SUPERNATURAL EVENT THAT TOOK PLACE IN AUGUST 2019. I am still trying to get it to compile and come together and I know that if I rush this, I will not share it in the light of how the Lord wants it to be presented properly.
 
BUT, I HAVE BEEN HAVING ANOTHER MESSAGE AND WORD FROM THE LORD STIRRING DEEP WITHIN MY SPIRIT, AND SO THAT IS WHAT I’M GOING TO SHARE WITH YOU TODAY.
Hearing God accurately in the mess and chaos that the world is in right now, is of huge importance!
I would first like to welcome all of our brothers and sisters listening in Sri Lanka, as well as our brothers and sisters in Latvia. May the Lord continue to use you all to proclaim and speak truth, no matter what the cost. It is so worth being called a servant of the Lord during hard and challenging times.
 
TODAY, I’M GOING TO TALK WITH YOU ABOUT WHAT IT MEANS TO BE IN A PLACE OF SAFETY, A PLACE, OR A “HAVEN” OF BEING SHELTERED BY THE LORD. Especially during very, very difficult and hard times.
I’ll share how to discern and hear His voice in the chaos of the nonstop noise the dark world bombards us all with. It’s ratcheted up to crazy levels, and shouts loudly to attempt to distract us from discerning the times, and hopes to discourage us and knock us off balance with fear, and then rob our peace.
 
IT’S OBVIOUS THAT THE EARTH IS IN ONE MASSIVE UPHEAVAL, AND NO MATTER WHERE YOU TURN RIGHT NOW, THE CRISES CONTINUE TO MOUNT AND BOIL! And so, people begin to put aside spending time in the word of God, and certainly in his presence, to spend time with the love of the Internet and scrolling through their telephones through social network information and high charged doomsday podcasts and videos.
This can absolutely create stress and anxiety, and it also creates a terrible problem with comparing ourselves to other people and where we are at in life.
PRAYER IS NOT A BORING HARD THING WHEN YOU REALIZE
THAT YOU ARE FACE-TO-FACE, OR LITERALLY,
“PRESENCE TO PRESENCE” WITH THE FATHER.
 
A tremendous man who walked daily in the Presence of God, Andrew Murray, said in a book that he wrote, 
“It’s one of the terrible marks of the diseased state of the Christian life in these days that there are so many that are content, and remain passive and content, without the distinct occasion of having experienced answered prayer. They pray daily, but know very little of direct, definite answers to prayer as the rule of their daily life.”
Psalm Thirty verse four says, “I sought the Lord and he answered me.”
We must understand that it’s the Father’s will that WE SEEK HIM OUT to daily have dialogue with his will, and it’s his will to have his children to listen to him and then, he listens to his children and agrees to their requests.
It’s his will that we should come to him day by day, with specific requests, and he will every day, do for us great and wonderful things!
What we ask sometimes might be a case where the specific answer is that he refuses our request, but our Father lets us know when and why he can’t give us what we request. It’s like his Son Jesus, and so we will withdraw our petition or our request.
When did Jesus do that?
Jesus said in the Garden of Gethsemane, “If this cup could pass from me, but not my will, but your will be done.”  He said this to the Father.
 
WHETHER OUR REQUEST IS ACCORDING TO GOD’S WILL OR NOT, GOD WILL BY HIS WORD AND BY HIS SPIRIT, TEACH THOSE OF US WHO ARE TEACHABLE, and he will give us time to withdraw our requests if they’re not according to God‘s mind or purposes.
 
LET’S PRESS IN.
LET’S JUST STAND FIRM UNTIL THE ANSWER COMES! PRAYER IS GIVEN TO US TO OBTAIN AN ANSWER!
It’s in prayer and its answer, that the exchange of love between the Father and we his children takes place.
MY QUESTION IS, “ARE YOUR PRAYERS BEING ANSWERED?”
 
During the last hours of the age that we’re in, there will be two opposing groups or alliances in the world. 
The First group are those whose hearts are absolutely overwrought with bitterness, resentment and hatred.
The Second group is those whose love has actually increased, and are experiencing the power of the Kingdom of God, now!
Jesus told us about this in Matthew in chapter 4:10-13.
He said, “At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. 
Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.”
And then in Matthew 24:14 he added,
“This gospel (good news) of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world for a witness to all the nations and then the end shall come.”
 
SO, THE BIG QUESTION IS...
...“WHAT IS THIS GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM?” 
It’s the whole truth Jesus came to bring, not only that part that saves us from our sins, but also that part which creates us in his image!
It’s the full message, the full good news with all its requirements and all of its rewards!
It’s is the full price for the full power!
It’s the most glorious pearl that a person can possess. The presence of God in His glory, revealed, made known within and among us!
 
IF WE WANT TO GAIN THIS GREAT LOVE, WE WILL CONTINUALLY BE FORCED TO MAKE CHOICES TOWARD MERCY, OR, TOWARD UNFORGIVENESS, and if we don’t walk in a forgiving attitude, we will certainly become prey to an embittered spirit, if it’s in fact, God‘s plan to allow wickedness and holiness at the same time,  so they grow to full maturity.
We must guard our hearts ahead of time from reacting in bitterness or unforgiveness because the increasing anarchy will certainly give us occasions to lose love, with the attempt to make us hard so we can survive in this cruel world.
 
WE OFTEN WITHDRAW FROM THE GENUINENESS OF PURE LOVE! We can’t choose cautious, selective love, and also walk in the power of God’s kingdom, my friends! To defy pain, we sometimes unconsciously shut down our love, because after all, its love that makes us vulnerable.
 
GOD WANTS US TO BE A PEOPLE WHOSE LOVE IS GROWING HOT, NOT COLD. Jesus didn’t say that we had to trust our enemies, but he did say that we had to love them anyhow. You might be asking why!
One reason God allows difficulties is to test us!
I know! I know! We don’t want to hear that!
He wants to see if our Christianity is just an intellectual pursuit or just thoughts and feelings of the mind, or if following him is truly the highest passion of our hearts. So, he tells us in Matthew 5:44, “Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.” Wow!
 
SOME OF YOU HAVE GONE THROUGH REJECTION AND BETRAYAL MOST LIKELY.
The Lord says to you today,
“You did not fail, you have continued to love, and although you went through great pain, yet you have forgiven, those who have hurt you.”
My friends you have passed the test.
 
THERE ARE HOWEVER, SOME OF YOU LISTENING OR READING THAT STILL HAVE CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS IN YOUR LIVES THAT YOU HAVE NOT FORGIVEN, AND WHOM YOU DO NOT LOVE.  Maybe you’re right, they don’t deserve your forgiveness, but what you don’t realize is the consequence of your anger.
You see, as long as we refuse to forgive, a part of this is trapped in the past where you will always be reminded of your pain, and until we forgive, we will not be fully released to go on with our life.
Even the time of year in which you were hurt will bring depression.
 
THERE’S ONLY ONE WAY WE CAN HAVE TRUE FELLOWSHIP WITH GOD AND THAT IS IN THE HERE AND NOW, RIGHT NOW, LIVING IN THE PRESENT. But if our mind is in conflict with others, we’re neither here nor in the present. When we live in the past, we are cut off from God! What people did to us to hurt us is over! It’s done; it doesn’t have any real existence or life of its own, except in your mind.
 
SO THERE WITHIN US, THE DEED CONTINUES TO LIVE AND FESTER AND AS LONG AS IT LIVES, WE’RE STILL BEING HURT BY IT. The person or the people who wounded you may have long since died. They can’t be blamed because it’s us who keeps our wounds alive. Not only is the quality of our spiritual life affected, but often our physical health pays a price as well!
As long as we keep holding onto the burden of what someone has done to us, every time we think about it or think about that person, the stomach acids start to churn and anxiety increases, and then of course our body is continually put under stress.
If we don’t forgive those who have hurt us, we lose a measure of our capacity to love and whether they deserve forgiveness or not, we deserve a better life!
God wants to give you a better life but you can’t enjoy abundant life and carry unforgiveness, because we’re shackled to something that was hurting us.
Did you know that our own unforgiveness tortures us?
 
SO HOW DO YOU GET OUT OF THAT PRISON?
HOW DO YOU FIND THE PROTECTION OF GOD FOR YOUR SOUL?
 
Well, God calls us to forgive. You have to see the hands of God reaching to you in the midst of your pain.
He wants to redeem that conflict using that specific crisis or hardship to develop and perfect character in you. It will be this experience that he will use to make you like Jesus. To become like Jesus is to dwell, to live, in the place of rest and the safety of God.
Every time we say, “Father, I choose to love. I choose to forgive. I choose to forget and not hold it against this person”, we are taking on the nature of Jesus. Friends, rejoice that Jesus is taking over your heart. You are entering into the strong, safe haven of God’s shelter.
 
I DO MANY THINGS THAT THE LORD HAS ASSIGNED ME TO DO IN LIFE NOT ONLY AS A MINISTER, BUT ALSO AS A PASTORAL COUNSELOR.
I also host and facilitate a group called “The international Prophetic Women’s Mentoring Council.” This is a group of women from all walks of life several cultural groups and different backgrounds. We meet through zoom video sessions and individually.
The thing that is “the glue that bonds us” is the fact that each of us have been called into ministry, and each of these women flows in a different expression of the prophetic gift.
This past week we had a zoom session and our conversation and subject matter was regarding, the power of intercession and what it takes to approach the Face of God, in a right attitude.
One of the things that stood out so strongly in our time of dialogue and accountability to one another was the fact that in order to hear clearly from the Spirit of God, we need to have the inward witness, or the “inside part of us that communicates with God”, clearly in a place of submission and humility before him, and, that we first come into a place where we have asked the Lord to cleanse us. That means cleanse our hearts before we try to come to Him in prayer.
 
MANY PEOPLE DON’T KNOW HOW TO HEAR THE VOICE OF GOD. They seek it through quick daily devotionals, or they seek the voice of God through other people every day, instead of seeking the Lord himself.
The scripture tells us clearly in John 10:4-5, “His sheep know his voice, and strange voices, they will not follow.”
 
SO WHAT ARE THE STRANGE VOICES?
The voices from the external world that are constantly pumping us full of data, fear, rhetoric and forced compliance to social conditioning. If we choose to listen to the voice of strangers, then we move further away from being sheep in the pasture of the Lord.
 
SO HOW DO WE KNOW HIS VOICE?
How do we discern that it’s him? The number one thing, is that God always speaks life. He always speaks truth. And when God speaks, it brings peace, even in the midst of hard difficulties or hard decisions. An absolute solid peace comes and says, “This is the way, and this is what you have to do!”
Your own ears will hear him. Right behind you a voice will say,
"This is the way you should go,” whether to the right or to the left.
That’s Isaiah 30:21.
 
THE HOLY SPIRIT LIVES IN YOU.
God absolutely wants to direct your life through your decision-making. The Holy Spirit guides us in our spirits (not through our physical body). The Number One way The Holy Spirit leads and guides us is through what the Bible calls, the “Inward Witness.”
Proverbs 3:6 says,  “Seek His will in all you do, and He will show you which path to take.”
 
WHAT IS AN INNER OR INWARD WITNESS?
An inner witness is an impression, or a sense or perception on the inside of you.
Romans 8:16 tells us,
“For his Spirit joins with our spirit, to affirm, to confirm, that we are God’s children.”


Jeremiah 7:23-24 says this to us, 
“But this is what I commanded them, saying, ‘Obey My voice, and I will be your God, and you will be My people; and you shall walk entirely in the way which I command you, so that it may go well for you.’ 
Yet, they did not obey or incline their ear, but walked by their own advice and in the stubbornness of their evil hearts, and they went backward and not forward.
 
AS KINGDOM PEOPLE, WE’RE NOT LED BY OUR SENSES.
We’re not led by our ears or our eyes. We’re led by our spirit.
When we talk about hearing God, we’re not talking about hearing God with our physical ears. We’re talking about hearing Him in our spirit. 
Here’s a great example:
The Apostle Paul had been arrested and he was headed to his trial. Before he took the journey he sensed something in his spirit. He wasn’t the captain of the ship, but he sensed something in his spirit. 
In Acts 27:10, Apostle Paul said,
"Men, I perceive we're going to face a disaster and heavy losses on this voyage. This disaster will cause damage to the cargo and the ship, and it will affect our lives."
It wasn’t long before the ship hit a cyclone, but an angel appeared and guaranteed Paul that everyone would make it, and they did!
What was it that what Paul said in the beginning? “I perceive".  
This is what we’re looking at right now.
We’re talking about being led by the Spirit of God, no matter what circumstance or difficulty we might encounter.
 
BEING A PERSON WHO IS CALLED TO A PROPHETIC MINISTRY, I AM CLEARLY AWARE OF THE FACT THAT 90% OF WHAT I DO, ALSO COMES FROM TEACHING PEOPLE FROM THE WORD OF GOD REGARDING HOW TO  “HEAR” THE VOICE OF GOD.
 
My job is not to be a telephone for people to connect to God with, nor simply through prophesying. This is not going to change lives long term if the word of God is not taught and also if people don’t act on it and obey it.
 
I HAVE HAD SOME STRANGE ENCOUNTERS WITH PEOPLE WHO THINK THAT I HAVE SOME KIND OF HOTLINE OR SATELLITE CONNECTION TO GOD TO HELP THEM GET ANSWERS. They need something or want to hear what the Lord has for them by asking me for a prophetic word. My friends this is not how the prophetic word of knowledge or word of wisdom works!
I had a lady when we were Pastoring a local fellowship come up to me after the service and she asked me if I would please, “do whatever I do, do that thing that I do”, and see if God would show me where she had put her wedding ring. She had lost it.
I remember feeling very uncomfortable and a cold chill went through my body! My thought process was, “this woman wants me to be like a palm reader, or a magic eight ball! She wants me to use divination to find her wedding ring!“
Very kindly but firmly I told the woman, “You can ask the Lord to show you where it is yourself, or just simply go on looking for it. Pray that the Lord would lead you to it, but to ask me to ask the Holy Spirit to show me where it is, is basically trying to use another voice to speak to God for you when you can speak on your own to him.”
 
THERE ARE TIMES, WHEN GOD WILL SPEAK A WORD, AND IT IS DONE THROUGH A PROPHETIC UTTERANCE, and it gives us a word of knowledge about something or a word of wisdom about a specific event where we need to have insight, but it will always confirm with the Spirit of God what he has already put down on the inside of us that we can’t seem to quite untangle, until the prophetic word comes and brings a clarity to it.
 
SOMETIMES THE HOLY SPIRIT WILL HAVE SOMEONE BRING A PROPHETIC WORD THAT COMES IN THE FORM OF LOVING CORRECTION, BUT IT IS STILL CORRECTION, AND PEOPLE GET ANGRY AND SHOUT, “HOW DARE YOU JUDGE ME! Who are you to judge me?!” 
Of course what this is a reaction to being caught out in bad behavior or hidden sin, and the Lord gently, lovingly, brings a word of warning.
 
ALL OF US KNOW WHEN WE SLIP AWAY FROM SPENDING TIME IN THE PRESENCE OF GOD. We know when we slack off from reading the scripture and from meditating on it, letting the Holy Spirit speak through the word to us. This is where the areas of bitterness and lack of purity in our walk with the Lord get all tangled up.
 
FRIENDS.
ASK THE HOLY SPIRIT TO TEACH YOU HOW TO BE LED BY HIM.
(By the way, you might need a refreshing of your commitment to only follow his voice.)
You don’t need a prophet to hear from God for you, or have a constant prophetic word to make decisions.
Simply say these words.
“Holy Spirit, teach me how to be led by you.” 


Then, before you make any major decisions, acknowledge God.
Say, “God, this is what the situation is,  >  insert your situation  

IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR STORMS ”IMMANUEL” IS WITH US! - We Are Not Alone!

The World Is Whirling In Many Storms Right Now!
It’s Crazy Out There, And Dark!
And yet, we all have those things that we are personally raging war against as well.
Maybe You’re In A Storm Right Now.
Maybe it’s a storm named divorce.
Maybe it’s a storm called money, or loss of a career.
Maybe it’s friendship. Maybe loneliness.
Maybe grief or addictions. Kids, in-laws, friends.
Maybe it’s a storm called cancer.
 
Sometimes We Wonder Where Is God In The Midst Of Our Struggles.
Why is God allowing this to happen? We usually don’t understand, (even if we’re the culprit, it still doesn’t seem fair or right.) Yet God is there. His name “Immanuel” means, God WITH us.
In Matthew: 1:23 it says,
“Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall call His name Immanuel” (which means, God with us.”
That’s our theme.
It’s really believing and trusting that God is with us.
With that in mind, I want to look at a passage from Acts 27.
 
As Paul Was Being Transported To Rome,
The Focus Was On A Storm On The Ship Paul Was On.
 
There was this massive storm at sea. The storm went on and on and on.
The crew was so terrified that they threw cargo overboard, believing they were about to die.
In Acts 27:20, Luke tells us;
“When neither sun nor stars appeared for many days,
and no small tempest lay on us,
all hope of our being saved was at last abandoned.”
 
When We Read, No Small Tempest Lay On Us;
Luke Is Telling Us This Was A Massive, Raging Storm!
It wasn’t just a rainstorm, the wind was blowing, the skies were dark day and night; they couldn’t even see the sky.
The storm was raging, and I wonder how many of us would use that phrase for what we’ve been going through?
The storm - won’t - stop.
 
Do you see the end of that verse?
It said, “All hope of being saved was abandoned”.
They gave up all hope of being saved! That’s terrible!
 
Have You Been There? Have You Given Up All Hope?
It’s the finances that are killing you and you see no hope.
Maybe there’s a wedge between you and your spouse and you can’t see any hope.
Maybe it was the diagnosis.
Maybe you can’t see yourself with a mate.
Maybe it’s a job, it’s the kids, it’s getting older and more dependent.
Whatever it is . . . and just like those sailors, you’ve given up all hope!
 
The storm continues to rage and in verse 21 we read,
“Since they had been without food for a long time,
Paul stood up among them and said,
“Men, you should have listened to me and not have set sail from Crete
and incurred this injury and loss.”
 
I love Paul!
But right here, I don’t think I would want to hear what he said!
Kind of an “I told you so!”
“You should have taken my advice. You wouldn’t have lost all of this property.
If you had just listened to my advice, you wouldn't be in the middle of this storm.
 
Why Were They In The Storm?
They were in the storm because it was their fault.
They made a decision to go out when it’s not the best time to sail.
It was risky from the start.
Spiritual warfare is real and sometimes, yes, it is Satan.
But this situation was on them; they couldn’t blame Satan as much as they may have wanted to.
 
We Don’t Like To Admit It, But Sometimes It's Our Own Fault.
Sometimes you over-indulged and you spent too much money, or you said something you shouldn’t have said and now you’re in the middle of the storm.
You procrastinated and now you’re paying for it.
You said yes, when you knew you should have said no!
You dated someone everyone said not to date, and now there’s lots of hurt and you’re in the middle of the storm and you can’t blame anyone else.
 
Maybe That's Why They Gave Up Hope - - - They Knew It Was Their Fault.
I think we may find it easier to believe God can get us out of a storm He called us to, than it is for God to get me out of a storm we created.
Does that make sense?
 
Maybe It’s The Captain’s Fault.
You’re just a sailor and you didn’t have a say in it. You heard Paul, but you believed the captain and now through no fault of your own, you’re in the middle of the storm.
 
Have You Have Ever Been In The Middle Of A Storm And It Wasn't Your Fault?
Your parents divorced and you thought it was about you.
The company made poor business decisions, which impacted you.
Someone gave you their word and you believed them.
Whatever it was, you were the victim.
You’re in the middle of the storm and you’re giving up hope!
Now, Paul says in verse 22 - -
“Yet now I urge you to take heart,
 for there will be no loss of life among you, but only of the ship.”
 
Literally, Paul is calling them to have a positive spirit, to have good courage.
He is reassuring them there will be no loss of life.
 
How Many Of Us Need To Hear That?
Be Of Good Courage.
That’s a theme throughout the Bible. Remember what God told Joshua in chapter 1 verse 9;
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous!
Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed,
for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
 
Be of good courage! Be courageous.
Don’t be afraid. Don’t be discouraged.
Don’t be defeated. Don’t give up hope!
WHY?
 
Because the Lord your God is with you wherever you go!
That’s news we need to hold onto! It’s great news when we’re giving up hope!!
 
Then in verse 23 Paul said - - -
“For this very night there stood before me an angel of the God
to whom I belong and whom I worship.”
 
Talk About A Powerful Statement From Paul!
You're in the boat in a raging storm and an angel stands beside you! I wonder what some were thinking.
 
I Truly Believe There Are Angels All Around Us.
There are angels where you are right now ministering to you.
I really do believe that. I believe the spiritual world, when we get there some day, is going to totally blow us away with what’s going on.
 
Imagine That You're In The Middle Of A Storm And The Presence Of God Is With You In This Moment. You have no idea all the different ways God is with you. He could be with you as an angel. His Spirit is with you. Jesus is with you! God is not bound by time; He’s with you yesterday, today and forever. He is listening to your prayers. He’s interceding on your behalf to the Father!
 
We Have No Idea How God Is With Us At All Times, Even In The Storms.
It’s what Paul told Timothy - - -
“At my first defense no one came to stand by me, but all deserted me,
But the Lord stood by me and strengthened me.” - 2 Timothy 4
 
Isn’t that great? The Lord stood by me and strengthened me.
The Lord didn’t leave me; the Lord didn’t fail me nor forsake me.
He’s with me, at my side, and He is with you at your side, and He's giving you strength.
 
NEVER LET THE PRESENCE OF A STORM
CAUSE YOU TO DOUBT THE PRESENCE OF GOD.
 
Following Jesus doesn't mean bad days won't happen.
That's bad theology to think that it does.
Jesus said that in John 16:33,
“I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace.
In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”
 
You will have trouble, but Jesus promises us He will be with us and on top of that, He has overcome the world.
That means Jesus is the victor!
We have our victory in Jesus.
 
We Can't Control What People Do To Us.
But, we can control what we believe and where we put our faith, put our trust. 
My faith is in the One who created the wind and the waves. I have faith in God that what He says will come to pass. What He says will happen - - - will happen.
 
Who Is God?
In Psalm 46:1-3, the psalmist tells us,
“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
(That means right now!)
Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way,
though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea,
though its waters roar and foam,
though the mountains tremble at its swelling.”
 
Don’t You Love That?
In the midst of our storms, God is our hiding place.
He is our refuge and our strength.
He is always ready, willing and able to help us in times of trouble.
 
Why? Because He is with us.
 
Who is He?
He is Immanuel.
He is God with us.
Because He is with us, we will not be afraid, even if the earth is shaken, (it’s sure shaking right now!) and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, even though the seas roar and rage, and the mountains tremble.
If we lose our job, if the relationship falls apart, if the economy gets shaky,
I still will not be afraid.
Why? Because He is with me.
Because He will never leave us. Because He will never forsake us.
Because He is what we need.
Because He is our safety. He is our strength. He is our comforter.
He is our redeemer. He is our righteousness. He is our friend.
Because He is a rock. He is the living bread, the bread of life.
He is the living water that satisfies our souls.
He is the gate through which we can enter.
He is the good shepherd.
He is our comforter and peace.
 
PEACE IS NOT FOUND IN THE ABSENCE OF A STORM.
PEACE IS FOUND IN THE PRESENCE OF JESUS, AND HE IS WITH US.
 
That’s why you never let the presence of a storm cause you to doubt the presence of God.
True peace is not found in the absence of trials and storms.
That's a part of life.
 
True peace is found in the Presence of Immanuel.
God WITH us.
 
Let’s pray,
Heavenly Father, we see the world in turmoil, we see the storms on the horizon. Wherever we turn, it seems as if darkness is attempting to encroach and suffocate the goodness in the earth.
But Lord, you have people filled with your Spirit, you have your own set apart and called and planned for this very storm and time.
Lord, those that are listening to me, many of them like myself are asking questions like, “what more can I do”?
It seems as a governmental policies are thrown aside and treachery wins the day. It seems as if there are family members who refuse to speak to one another because of either different political views, or they’ve been forced into doing things that they didn’t want to do and they said “no”. Father we know all these things are being heard from you in our prayers and we ask that you help us to be like Paul, that we wait upon the strengthening of your angels that come around us.  You yourself were sent a strengthening angel in the garden of Gethsemane that ministered to you so that you could fulfill the ultimate call upon your life, to spare us from damnation and a place of great darkness for eternity.
Teach us your way oh God!
Teach us to trust you with all of our heart.  
Those places that have become weak or frightened, or perhaps presumptuous, Father, we want to be on an equal plain of humility before your throne, that you can call upon us, call us up at any time, that we might stand and face the storm in the courage of knowing that every place in which our foot has tread, you have given it to us.
We will be strong and courageous, and we will not be afraid.
We thank you Jesus so much for being there, we thank you, Father for the presence of your Holy Spirit. We can lift our hands and close our eyes and lift our hands and begin to call upon your name, and peace falls on us, and that thick Presence, knowing that you are in the midst of us. The world does not have that! The wicked never taste that kind of full belonging and peace, and we thank you for it.
Father I ask those that are listening today, if there’s anyone who’s afraid, if there’s anyone going through a really hard thing, Father I ask that your Presence would reassure them, that your grace your mercy would overshadow them right now and carry them to the place they need to be whatever it would be Father, relationships, finances, harm in family situations, physical abuse, perhaps a difficult medical diagnoses. I would ask that you would show them, let them know beyond any doubt there you are there and that you are not leaving them, that you will get them though the storm. 
Thank you Father for hearing my prayer in Jesus' loving, mighty and glorious name.

”THIS CURRENT SEASON OF DIVINE TENSION” - PULLED AND TESTED - STRETCHED AND RESTRAINED

"Whoever obeys his command will come to no harm, 
and the wise heart will know the proper time and procedure.
For there is a proper time and procedure for every matter, 
though a man's misery weighs heavily upon him."
Ecclesiastes 8:5-6
 
NOTE: At the end of this podcast there is a short spontaneous song of the Lord that was recorded in a small studio several years ago. There were other wonderful and gifted percussionists and musicians joining in as the Holy Spirit moved through us all and gave me the beautiful melody and orchestral keyboard accompaniment. My hope is that it will stir your heart to worship and be even hungrier for the Presence of the Lord in your life.
In all of our lives as believers, we face times and settings where there is a feeling of being pulled and tested, stretched, and restrained. Often, during these excruciating events, those who avoid personal character development tend to give unrestrained advice, spiritualized platitudes, and often, trumped up words of so-called prophetic inspiration to help us not suffer so!
As we begin to see the Lord's plan in all of this we also come to understand that if we are not first hearing His voice, His heart, His word in the matters that are straining us, nothing any man or woman says can bring the ultimate light of clarity and release! 

 
WINTER SPRING SUMMER AND FALL
 
We all face seasons of change that correspond much like the four seasons we observe yearly. Nothing is more surprising than to have an interruption of what we presume to be what is "normal" for an earthly expectation, in one of those seasons.
When a sudden ice snow storm blows in unexpected in the late spring in the Colorado fruit growing regions and encrusts the tender blooms on fruit trees and garden plants, we are devastated by the loss of not only the blooms, but also the fruit it could have produced. It appears as if there has been a cruel storm sent to cause crop failure.
 
WHAT IS THIS CURRENT SEASON OF DIVINE TENSION ALL ABOUT?
For many who are hearing or reading this message, you feel as if you have experienced a "Crop failure," perhaps several, and just can’t take one more aching disappointment. Many hearts have passed their tender agonies to me on paper, in emails, texts, and through the telephone.
 
ANGUISH HAS ITS OWN PERFUME 
I too have heard the whispers of the voices of darkness try to entice, with wearisome words of worry, paranoia and doubting!
"Give up!" they say! "What good is this time of shaking doing?"
"What possible good can come out of believing that there is something occurring that will bring a fresh advancement when all seems to have stalled or strained?”
And yet, another set of voices would tempt with words of esteem whispering;
"Make it happen! 
Proclaim mighty deeds and things to come with fervor, flair and well-honed words of impact!
Use it or lose it!
Promote, push, and publish! It is all yours for the taking!"
 
BOTH OF THESE VOICES COME FROM THE SUBTLETIES OF THE SOUL AND WELL OILED SPIRITUAL VOICES TRAINED BY THE PRINCE OF LIES AND FLESHLY IMPULSE.
 
But.
In the midst of these strains and attempts to distract comes a clear undeniable "Divine Tension" that pulls and stretches the heart of the humbled believer.
It calls simply, firmly, and does not lack a depth of confidence and direction.
This “Presence” causes a clash with all that seems to be "the way of man" and will not relent.
 
THE EARTH IS IN TURMOIL

It doesn't take much to understand that the earth is in upheaval, rivalry, and chaos wherever we look. There is a tangible and penetrating "tension" in the events we are seeing unfold every day. Parallel to this explosion of pure evil and lulling to sleep of many, there is a Divine Course being laid out for those who have come to the end of them.
 
ETERNITY IS IN THE SIGHTS OF THOSE LOOKING TO A KINGDOM YET UNSEEN.
The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit have been preparing a bride. 
This is done only through the shaping tools of heavenly choice.
The chisel and hammer have been at times brutal and unflinching, yet, when the soft hand of The Almighty begins to apply the oil of polishing, He does it with His own hand as well.
He makes it beautiful in His own timing, even though the “Divine Tension” seems as if it might cause us to "snap" under the pressure of His hand, smoothing away the roughness of our thoughts and soul's intentions.
 
Ecclesiastes 3:11
He has made everything beautiful in its time.
He has also set eternity in the hearts of men;
Yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end.
 
HEARING, REFINING, HEEDING
 
The King of all Glory is training those who have been thrust on the altar of fire to hear from Him as one who strains to catch the song of a bird in distant meadow.
It takes the "spiritual ear" and training it to identify even the slightest note or sound, however distant, and to learn to silence the sounds and voices of distraction until the  "honing in" on the sound, the glorious sound of peace, finally directs and sustains us with all that we hear.
And then, having drunk deeply of the Voice of the Beloved and Divine Counselor, quickly, without mental filing way of instructions or overthinking, we move and heed His mapping out of plans for this appointed time.
 
RISING FROM THE ASHES OF THE REFINING OF GOD

So! Unto those who hear this word from heaven, claiming you are one of Heaven's very own, know that you are being formed and fashioned into sober, clean containers, prepared for infilling.
My Spirit will fall upon those who are not seeking to lay claim to My voice, but instead HEED My voice and SEEK My face. 
They shall be examples of purity in My Kingdom and will not strive among the self-promoting and “wordy". The broken will be safe in the arms of these who have passed through the current season of being pulled and tested, stretched and restrained and they will restore the devastated.
My "faithful hearts" will not be compelled to build agendas for Me and My Presence, because I will BE the Presence that creates the Manifestations of Glory and Might in the earth, without the fanfares of men.
YOU HAVE BEEN REDUCED TO DESPERATION IN ORDER THAT I MIGHT RESTORE YOU TO INSPIRED LIVING, IN FULL FELLOWSHIP WITH ME.
Isaiah 61
The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me,
Because the LORD has anointed me
To preach good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
To proclaim freedom for the captives
And release from darkness for the prisoners,
To proclaim the year of the Lords’ favor
And the day of vengeance of our God,
To comfort all who mourn, 
And provide for those who grieve in Zion
To bestow on them a crown of beauty
Instead of ashes, the oil of gladness,
Instead of mourning,
And a garment of praise, Instead of a spirit of despair.
They will be called oaks of righteousness,
A planting of the LORD
For the display of his glory and splendor.

”The Timing of God and His Impeccable Attention To Details”

Today’s podcast is one that I am going to share with you about “another wonderful story” of how the Holy Spirit can prompt us to do things for others at the most uncanny times, and as if they were perfectly orchestrated years and years beforehand.
And, of course, the Lord knows the heart desire of every one of his children, but he often uses his own children to help bring about the heart’s desire for many other people by being obedient and acting when the Holy Spirit in first Corinthians says, “Don’t you know that your body is a temple that belongs to the Holy Spirit? The Holy Spirit, whom you received from God, lives in you. You don’t belong to yourselves.” 1 Corinthians 6:19
 
IT WAS NEAR CHRISTMAS TIME, and a local Women’s Aglow group, which happened to be a good sized chapter, was having a Christmas ladies luncheon and asked if I would come in and be their keynote speaker. The room was decorated beautifully and of course the tables were festive for the holiday!
As I was sitting at the table next to the team members and the president of the group, there was a conversation about the beautiful table settings. I was just listening and enjoying hearing them talk about how they went about getting everything ready, and why they wanted to make it so nice for so many other women that were coming, because many of them worked full-time jobs and didn’t get a chance to come and partake of beautiful things during the holidays because they were also busy mothers.
 
ONE OF THE LADIES BY THE NAME OF BILLY WAS SHARING WITH EVERYONE THAT SHE HAD JUST GONE SHOPPING WITH HER DAUGHTER A FEW WEEKS AGO, and they had picked out Wedding China for her daughter and her husband, because her daughter was going to be married in the spring. She went on to say that she never did get to have Wedding China as a young bride and wanted her daughter to have a beautiful experience and opportunity to have a beautiful table.
 
I THOUGHT, "WHAT A WONDERFUL THING THIS WAS THAT THIS WOMAN WAS GETTING CHINA FOR HER DAUGHTER, AND THAT SHE HAD NEVER HAD WEDDING CHINA HERSELF." She went on to mention that she had picked out a special pattern herself as a young bride, but that it was just not possible for her family and friends to give wedding china at that point, because it was a very frugal wedding, and other wedding gifts were more important.
I sat there and wondered about how wonderful it was for her as a mother, to be so concerned that her daughter would have a beautiful table to set with beautiful things, when she herself had never had any. Now, it was time for me to get up and share my Christmas message so I did, and afterwards told her how beautiful her story was to me about her daughter, and proceeded to go home for the day.
On my way home, I began to remember that I have been given an entire set a Fine China from a dear friend, whom I had come to know while I was in Bible College.
 
NOW, THIS IS WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING!
This dear, godly, lovely man would take on students to help with jobs or different kinds of projects in his home or, other derelict properties that he would buy, and train them and also pay them so they could pay for their Bible college fees. He had been in the military with a high clearance type of job, and although he had wanted to marry, he knew that he would never be able to be home enough to justify caring for a bride. At 63 he began to take students into his home for meals and storytelling, and developing them for skill sets. He had been a trainer for all kinds of business components of the military.
WHEN I MET HIM WHEN IMMEDIATELY HAD A BOND because he was also a gifted musician, and had a love for Fine art and Fine China. He would go to the thrift stores or take me along and different places where very wealthy Texans would drop off Crystal and China and dishes and silver that they were no longer using. So he was forever scouting out Havilland china pieces or different kinds of China to add to his collection. I went on to meet my husband and marry him later and we moved to Illinois. (That’s where my husbands from.)
THIS LOVELY MAN BY THE NAME OF ALAN would occasionally sent boxes of pieces of things that he would find to add to a side of China for me, and I did have wedding China of my own. At one time we had three full sets of Fine China and I wasn’t sure what to do with all of it! Then came two boxes that he had found of a 1950s china pattern that he thought was exquisite! I had opened the boxes and noticed there were eight place settings, eight cups and saucers, eight salad plates, eight serving plates, and also a creamer and sugar set as well as a large serving bowl.
 
SOMEHOW, I NEVER FELT LIKE THESE WERE TO BELONG TO ME, and I really didn’t have storage for them. So, I put them away in a cupboard thinking that someday if we moved and I had a China hutch for them, I would use them as spring dishes. They had a platinum rim, they were white and off to the right side there was a spray of flowers that had a lot of teal and a little bit of touch of pink and a hint of orange, and of course soft green.
 
STEVE AND I WERE THEN CALLED TO GO HELP PIONEER A CHURCH IN MISSOURI, so we packed everything up and moved those dishes and everything else to Missouri. And understand these dishes have been shipped from Dallas Texas to Illinois. Now they were taking a trip to Missouri!
 
ABOUT TWO YEARS LATER STEVE AND I DECIDED THAT WE WERE GOING TO MOVE BACK TO DENVER, COLORADO BECAUSE THE LORD HAD PROMPTED US TO DO SO. So once again, we packed everything up and moved to Denver. There I was in Denver speaking at a Women’s Aglow Christmas banquet luncheon and I hear this woman-discussing find China for her daughter.
 
NOW! BACK TO ME ON MY WAY HOME. 
The thought came to me, (prompted by the Holy Spirit) “Why don’t you give that set of China to Billy? What a wonderful Christmas gift it would be to gift to her, and she would have a lovely set of China for her own home.”
I was absolutely thrilled to think that this would belong to someone else, and that the Lord would want me to give it to them. But I wasn’t sure if it was a pattern she would want or not.
 
BUT THE PERSISTENT NUDGING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT…
… WOULD NOT GO AWAY!
 
I went into our basement storage area and found the two boxes and everything was still pristine and in great condition. I wrote a quick card, and told her that I felt like the Lord wanted me to give these to her after listening to her conversation about buying China for her daughter and then that I just wanted to bless her with it so she would have a beautiful table at Christmas time. I did get a hold of her telephone number and called and told her that I was having my husband and two little boys run some boxes by, just a little something for her. Would she be home? She said of course she would and she said she was “quite intrigued”.
I BUNDLED UP THE BOXES AND HELPED MY HUSBAND GET THE TWO LITTLE BOYS INTO THE CAR AND OFF THEY WENT TO DO THE DELIVERY. I was downstairs folding laundry, and just thinking about how much I hoped it blessed her, and that she would be tickled that the lord thought of her.
 
 NOW COMES THE MOST EXCITING PART!
The phone starts ringing and I went upstairs and I missed it. (This is back when Cell Phones were way too expensive for everyone and we still had a landline with a long cord!)
Then the phone started ringing again, so I quickly answered the phone, and on the other end, there was the sound of someone gasping and crying! Now Being a pastor's wife, we often received calls from people who were in distress or who were needing prayer, so, I began to saying, “Hello? Who’s there? Can I help you?” Finally, the person on the end of the line was able to clear their throat and gather their emotions, and it was Billy the lady who Steve had dropped the China off to.
 
SHE BEGAN SAYING, “OH MARY! YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU HAVE DONE!” And of course I didn’t, and I wasn’t sure if it was a good thing or a bad thing, but I could tell that she was overcome! She then began to tell me that when the boxes arrived, she was tickled to think that someone thought of her, and my husband said my wife wanted to give these to you and wish you a Merry Christmas. But, when she closed the door and went to open the packages, she reached in and pulled out one of the dinner plates that was in a slotted cardboard area. The China pattern was the EXACT China pattern that she had wanted as a young bride, but never had. It had the platinum rim that she had desired to have on her pattern! And there were eight place settings, just enough for her Christmas table and her family that was coming to feast. Also, she was able to set a beautiful place setting and table, for the Mother of the Groom, who was going to come and visit.
 
THIS WOMAN WAS WEEPING AND LAUGHING, AND COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT THE LORD WOULD HAVE HELD ONTO THIS CHINA FOR HER ALL THESE YEARS. I told her that they have been given to me and shipped from Dallas to Illinois to Missouri to Denver. Imagine! The Lord had shipped those dishes, and had me move them “strategically”, until they got into the hands of the woman that he had planned to bless them with!
 
MY FRIENDS, GOD KNOWS THE DESIRES OF OUR HEARTS even down to the simple things like Fine China, and he knows that soft and beautiful things, in specific times of our life are so necessary, to show us how lavish and beautiful his care and love for us is.
 
THE STORY GOES ON BECAUSE MANY OF HER FRIENDS THEN BEGAN TO HEAR THE STORY ABOUT “THE CHRISTMAS MIRACLE CHINA”, and they began to give her serving pieces that matched, or Silver pieces or Crystal, and one friend even gave her a set of family silverware to accompany her beautiful table. Everyone wanted to get in on the beautiful moment!
 
WHEN STEVE CAME HOME, WE JUST PUT OUR ARMS AROUND EACH OTHER AND LAUGHED AND CRIED at the joy of knowing the Lord had those dishes, literally moved and sent on his behalf, to this darling woman.
 
I WANT TO ENCOURAGE YOU TO NEVER, EVER, MINIMIZE THE FACT, THE HOLY SPIRIT ASKS YOU TO DO SOMETHING FOR SOMEONE ELSE.
It could be something as simple as giving them a beautiful scarf that you are no longer wearing, or perhaps you have tools in your garage that you’re not using.
IT’S IN THE ACT OF GIVING
THAT THE PRESENCE OF GOD COMES DOWN
AND TRANSFORMS WHAT WE ARE GIVING, INTO HOPE.
 
 
GIVING IS NOT THE NATURE OF THE DARK WORLD! Taking and grasping and hoarding is from the dark part of the world. But we as believers are to give freely because we have freely received everything we could ever need to save us from the doom and darkness of this world.
When Christ himself came and gave his life as a lamb, as a child, he gave his life to us in the form of an infant so that when his day to die up on the cross came; he could truly say that he experienced life like we have, from cradle to grave.
 
AS WE ALL BEGIN TO DE-CLUTTER AND PUT AWAY CHRISTMAS ITEMS, I would encourage you to look at through the lens of what you have, and ask the Lord, “Is this something that I need to be sharing with someone else?”
Is there another set of silverware in your house that you are not using that another family might need?
Do you have several pairs of sports tennis shoes that you purchased and realized you don’t like them and they’re practically brand new?
 
FIND A FAMILY, FIND SOMEONE WHO NEEDS THEM.
And yes, you have to look for them sometimes, but the Lord will direct your path because you are led by the Holy Spirit and you belong to Him, and the Holy Spirit wastes NOTHING!
 
WE ARE LIVING IN A TIME WHERE THE BODY OF CHRIST
IS BEING CHAMPIONED AND CHALLENGED TO LEARN
HOW TO CARE FOR ONE ANOTHER AND MEET ONE ANOTHER’S NEEDS SO THAT NONE ARE LACKING.
There’s no place in the Bible that talks about hoarding or keeping everything to us. None whatsoever. But it does talk about sharing and at times, “sacrificial giving to others” so that they may know the love of Christ.
I encourage you to go through your canned goods to look at your bedding, sheets, extra coats, and by all means that dozens of Bibles that we all have sitting on our shelves in abundance! There are those who would give anything to have a new Bible or perhaps a warmer winter coat.
 
WE CANNOT LOOK DOWN ON THOSE WHO ARE SLIGHTLY IMPOVERISHED OR IMPOVERISHED,
BECAUSE THERE’S NOTHING "MORE GODLY" ABOUT BEING WEALTHY, THAN THERE IS ABOUT BEING POOR.
 
GOD JUDGES THE INTENTION OF OUR HEARTS,
NOT THE ABUNDANCE OF OUR WALLETS.
 
THERE ARE THINGS AROUND YOU THAT THE LORD HAS PLACED WITHIN YOUR REACH and maybe even you have moved from state to state or move from one house to another that you could easily ask him about and ask him to prompt you to show you who is this to go to.
You may be sitting in a restaurant and hear someone talking about something they need and you may be prompted by the Holy Spirit that you are the one that has it.
It takes simple listening.
It just takes simple listening!
It doesn’t take a Herculean effort.
But love acts!
 
ONCE WE SECOND-GUESS OURSELVES and never stop and buy that cup of coffee for the person in front of us that seems downtrodden. Or, we wonder if that $20 towards someone’s grocery bill in front of us makes any difference, then we miss out on the blessing. But you see it’s not for us to question the amount or the moment! It’s for us to act in loving grace and humility and kindness, and in that moment change the world!
 
HEAVEN COMES DOWN AND MEETS THE NEED AND KISSES SOMEONE’S HEART WITH HOPE, AND HE USES US TO DO IT.
 
I wish you all a beautiful week as you prepare  for this up-and-coming year.
My message after the first of the year is going to talk about “Peace in the midst of chaos” because the world is becoming more chaotic, and unfortunately the world is covered with a gross darkness right now.
Believers need to be strengthened encouraged not to quit, not to hide, and certainly not to hoard!
I BLESS YOU IN THE NAME OF JESUS AND I PRAY NOW THAT HE WILL TOUCH YOU AND GUIDE YOU AND SHOW YOU WHAT TO DO WITH THE THINGS THAT YOU DO HAVE, THAT YOU CAN GIVE FREELY. And, perhaps there are things that you are feeling a tug at your heart that you need to give but they’re going to cause a little pain to give away. That’s OK! The Lord does love, sacrificial, giving, and above all, he loves a joyful giver!
 
THERE IS NOTHING MORE JOYFUL THAN TO SEE THE ABSOLUTE SURPRISE AND DELIGHT ON THE FACE OF SOMEONE THAT YOU HAVE BLESSED IN KINDNESS, AND WITHOUT FANFARE.
 
Have a beautiful and Happy New Year, but above all, pray that the Lord would show you what he has to say to you in 2023 specifically for your life  and what kind of assignments he has for you.

FORERUNNERS, UNIFIERS AND THE ARMY OF GOD - A Prophetic Vision and Insight

TODAY’S PODCAST IS GOING TO BE AN INTERESTING ONE!
What I’m sharing on this specific podcast is about a vision that I had when my husband and I were first engaged. I was staying in his parent’s home and my husband had his own house about 10 miles away. We spent a lot of time talking together and praying and just contemplating what our future would look like in the Lord, and how he was going to use us, when Steve would come over to spend time with me after work.
One evening I had gone into the living room of my in-laws to play the piano and worship and sing to the Lord, and while I was worshiping Him and enjoying being in His presence, I had what would be described as a screen being dropped out in front of my eyes take place, and I had a very visual picture to watch or as the Bible would call it, a vision.
I SAW MYSELF RUNNING ACROSS SOME SEMI-ROCKY LAND and Steve was behind me. He was trying to direct a group of individuals to stay in line and be in unity together.
All of us had what looked to be like a stretchy headband wrapped around our heads and across our foreheads. Attached on the front of these were round lights like miner’s lamps. Some of lights on the people in the line where Steve was trying to get them to come into unity and walk together would flicker and not come on brightly. Others were very bright and consistently steady.
I was running ahead like a scout and the word “forerunner” came into my mind as I was running ahead. I turned around and looked at what Steve was doing and he was trying to stop these individuals from elbowing each other and fighting over whose theology was the most correct.
 
ABOVE THE HEADS OF THESE INDIVIDUALS I NOTED THAT THERE WERE DENOMINATIONAL CHURCH ORGANIZATIONAL NAMES AND ALSO NONDENOMINATIONAL TITLES.
I turned back around and continued my scouting and forerunning and was jogging at a relaxed pace, but I knew I was heading towards something in front of me that I needed to get to.
The path had embedded rocks and bumps that I had to avoid so I wouldn’t trip. The lamp or miner’s light strapped to my forehead kept a bright light steadily beaming in front of me.
Suddenly, in front of me, was a large chasm or a gap and I had to stop and pull back so I wouldn’t fall headlong into the huge gap.
There was no possible human way to run and jump over it and I was at a dead stop staring over the edge. Intuitively, I knew I needed to get to the other side and that there was something very important for me to engage in and be a part of.
But! I didn’t see a ladder or a bridge long enough or safe enough in any direction, to try to cross over with.
 
I Heard A Voice In The Vision Tell Me To Take A Step Of Faith, and that as I walked forward, not in my own strength, not in my own might or power, but in the spirit, that I would make it safely to the other side.
I remember feeling hesitant and thinking I needed to warn Steve.
I turned around and told him I’m going to take a leap of faith to get to the other side. He looked at me and seem to understand what I was doing and turned around and tried to tell the other individuals that they were going to have to lean upon God‘s power and might and supernatural ability, to get them all to the other side. I once again turned around and backed up and took a running leap across this wide chasm. I was immediately on the other side and waited for Steve.
 
I REALIZED THAT I HAD TO DO THIS ON MY OWN WITH THE LORD, and not depend upon Steve to get me to where the Lord wanted me to be. Nor could I get him there. We were each responsible to trust in the Lord with all of our heart.
It was as if I was lifted back over the chasm for a moment so I could observe what was taking place with Steve and the others.
Several of the individuals who were irritated that others were not listening to their great rhetoric and interpretation of things, began to break loose and run forward while telling everyone how they were going to make it across the gap/chasm. Several of them literally walked off the edge of the cliff into the chasm due to not paying attention, and fell completely to the bottom.
 
OTHERS WERE FIGHTING AND SEVERAL WERE IN FEAR AND WOULD NOT ATTEMPT A LEAP OF FAITH.
They wanted to build a structure or devise a plan to get them there. Their lights were flickering very low by this point.
Steve finally said, “I have to go”, and he too, took a running leap of faith and threw his arms upward, eyes closed, trusting in the Lord’s provision to get him over the chasm. He met me standing on the other side of this wide gap.
 
IMMEDIATELY WE BECAME MEMBERS OF A LARGE ARMY.
Everyone was dressed in a white robe and had different colors of sashes to indicate which battalion or team of army members they were marching with.
Everyone’s headband with the lamp on the front of it was brilliantly white and the lamps were shining intensely! Everyone was in order and marching in unison, with thousands of members.
 
OVERHEAD THERE WAS SOMETHING LIKE ARTILLERY FIRE TAKING PLACE IN THE SKY. 
It seemed as if there were missiles and different kinds of weaponry clashing above us, but we were all marching calmly and firmly in unity and we knew we were marching under the direction of our Leader, King, Jesus Christ.
 
Shortly after this surprising vision I “came to myself” again and sat there and pondered what I had seen, for a very long time.
Steve and I have often talked about this and have often shared the details with each other again as we l pray and ask the Lord why he would show it to us at that time, and what we were being prepared for.
 
CHRISTIAN ALLEGIANCES ARE  “STRANGE AND STRAINED AFFAIRS”
Many denominations and non-denominational groups as well as progressive and New Age influenced churches have chosen to embrace a corporate world structure and more eagerly, “hunker down” into a “murky version” of the word of God.
Many have embraced the cultural pressure to push away pure living, and interpret the word of God to fit the current day embracing of immoral sexuality and freethinking on many levels.
 
THE CURRENT BLATHERING INTELLECTUALS OF THE ERA mock and criticize those who choose to live a morally and biblically pure and truthful application of God’s word.
You know, It just not "cool or hip" right now to not be a little edgy and nasty!
 
I believe that in the vision that I had, those who were elbowing and arguing and posturing while on their way to what they felt was an event (that would be in fact an important moment in the collective body of Christ), these individuals had “dimmed” their approach to allowing their minds to be renewed and cleansed by the word of God. I believe the headbands that weakly flickered with the mining lights were symbols of what they fed their minds with, weakening their discernment.
 
THOSE WHO WERE FOCUSED ON HAVING THEIR MINDS RENEWED by the word of God, being illuminated by his word and having their minds renewed had no wavering or angst taking place.
Those that were fighting and pontificating the most, had the dimming lamps that flickered and seemed to short out, and they insisted that adaptations and adjustments could be made according to the way that they interpreted faith and how to walk with Christ.
THEY REFUSED TO LISTEN TO ANYONE ELSE AND THEY REFUSED TO HAVE ANY KIND OF UNITY, BUT NEEDED TO PUSH FORWARD TO PROVE THEIR POINT.
 
When Steve kept telling them in the vision that they had to be unified and that they had to be humble and to humbly care for one another as brothers in the Lord, they became all the more enraged, condescending, and began to rush ahead in arrogance and with great irritability.
 
ONE INDIVIDUAL WAS WALKING BACKWARDS lecturing everyone and literally fell over the cliff edge into the chasm, screaming all the way down.
 
SO WHERE ARE WE?
Anyone who is doing all they know to do to have a close walk with the Lord right now at this time, who desires to hear what the Spirit of the Lord is saying to the churches and us individually, is fully aware of the deceptive clouds of wickedness and filth hovering over the world.
 
LYING HAS BECOME AN HONORED AND CUNNING ATTRIBUTE in order to confuse, control, and break other human beings.
Sadly, many in the faith have chosen to become rabid political activists to the point that it’s all that they devour and think about day and night.
They shun anyone who will not listen to them and certainly have embraced on many levels, the message of a “one world unified socialist lifestyle”. This is where a great delusion has been allowed to deceive many. Second Thessalonians 2:11 warned us about this!
“Therefore God sends them a strong delusion, so that they may believe what is false.”
 
THERE IS GOING TO BE A LOT OF GODLESSNESS IN THE LAST DAYS
In 2 Timothy 3:1-5 we have quite the strong warning about how it was going to roll out and unfold. (I think that we are already there.)
“So! Understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. 
For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, but treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but they deny its power. Avoid such people.”
 
WOW! AVOID THESE PEOPLE?
These are strong and difficult words to hear aren’t they?
 
When I was forerunning ahead in the vision, I believe it was a indicator of a prophetic forerunner seeing the things to come as well as seeing what God was asking of his people, as the world became more corrupt and dark, and decisions that were difficult that were coming, were about to be made.
 
THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS RUNNING I WAS WATCHING AND LOOKING TO MAKE SURE THAT MY FEET WOULD NOT TRIP, and when I came to the edge of the chasm I knew that I had to completely abandon myself, to everything that I could possibly fashion or create in my mind, leaving behind the hopeful use of any personal skills to get to the other side of where God wanted me to be.
 
THERE WAS NO POSSIBILITY TO RUN AND JUMP AND MAKE IT ON MY OWN.
I had to abandon myself to the fact that God said to take a leap of faith. That I must trust Him spirit, soul, and body, to be moved into position in His kingdom where I would be in unity marching with His great army of servants.
Somehow in my spirit, in the vision, I knew that Steve was going to be okay and also knew that we had to individually make a choice to trust God completely with our lives, no matter what difficulties we were about to face.
There was great sadness on Steve’s face when he turned around and knew he had to now leave those who were rushing ahead and jumping or still arguing on the edge of the chasm, and that it was his time to risk everything and take a step of faith out into the unknown.
The minute Steve arrived on the other side of the chasm with me we were side-by-side marching to the sound of thousands of feet in unison and voices praising God. There was a look of determination and sobriety on every face that was in every battalion of people, but everyone knew why they were there, and what they were being assigned to.
The flashes of light and military type of war going on above us was constant but no one broke rank and everyone was marching in the battalion that they were a part of. Praise and powerful prayers were coming out of all of all of the people’s mouths as they raised their hands forward in honor of what was up ahead, which I believe was King Jesus himself.
 
In Joel 2:11 it says
“The Lord utters his voice before his army,
For his camp is exceedingly great;
He who executes his word is powerful.
For the day of the Lord is great and very awesome;
Who can endure it?”
 
NOW, I WILL NOT PRESUME TO TRY TO UNPACK ALL THAT IS GOING ON IN THE EARTH TODAY, nor will I say that I understand all of the applications of the book of Revelation or End Time thoughts.
What I will say is that the Lord has told us that the difficult days would come and that antichrists and deceivers would rise up from among us, even trying to deceive the very elect, God’s own precious, set apart children.
 
1 John 4:3 tells this clearly!
Every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God.
This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you heard was coming and now is in the world already.
 
You see, This is a time where God is already showing those who have ears to hear what He is saying and that we are being called to take great steps and leaps of trust and faith in Him, like we have never, EVER done before.
 
IT’S SCARY OUT THERE IN THE WORLD, and tyrants and wicked men and women defy and mock anything that interferes with their corruption and filth. They are absolutely not interested in the sound of the voice of the Lord or in his people challenging them. But this is where our faith and trust in God must exceed and excel.
 
It is a time where you and I must continually and constantly renew our minds by intentionally reading and listening to the word of God.
 
HOW MANY TIMES A DAY DO PEOPLE CHECK THE SOCIAL MEDIA UPDATES and news feeds on their phones and I Pads? Is this where the light of Christ is found and minds are renewed?
No. It’s a place where distractions and debates and the opinions of man drown out truth and any trust in God.
 
RUN AWAY FROM THE PACK
Believers! Get a firm pace going in your pursuit of the truth!
Be aware of those snares and rocks placed there to intentionally get you to change course or quit and become part of the world’s narratives!
 
There’s no need to figure out what you are going to do
in tough times if you stay close to the word and voice of God!
 
He absolutely WILL guide you, and His word IS the lamp for your feet and the light that will keep your path lit up as you journey through dark days!
 
Psalm 119:105 
"Your word is a lamp to my feet
, AND a light to my path.
 
IN CLOSING, I ENCOURAGE YOU TO ALLOW THE LORD, TO DO A DEEP PURGING AND SEARCHING OF YOUR HEART.
Don’t push away where he is trying to get you to give up your own, personal opinions about how things are to be done in a time where recklessness and chaos are rewarded.
Get quiet and be still in his presence, and ask him to tell you exactly what to do.
 
HE WILL DIRECT YOU THROUGH HIS WORD!
He will bring people across your path who are either like-minded or who will point the way to absolute sustaining truth.
Stay away from those who are so full of themselves, and who love the sound of their own voices, so that there is no room for tenderness and dialogue for a soul that is hungering after God.
 
YOU AND I ARE RIGHT NOW, A PART OF THE GREAT ARMY OF GOD.
We are to march to the sound of His voice and have our voices raised in praise of who He is and in declaration that we are of another Kingdom.
Even if it seems as if nothing is changing or that God is at a distance, we are not to walk by how we feel, or how things look around us.
We are to be determined to be in union and in communication by the spirit with the Spirit of the living God.
 
Ask the Lord to draw you close to him.
Choose to run after him!
 
Don’t wait for others to lead you or guide you to answer the questions that you have in your heart right now. Jesus by the Holy Spirit is able to speak clearly to you and he is able to give you direction, because, He IS the great I AM.
He IS wisdom.
He IS light!
And, He has promised…
…To never leave us in the dark.
 
Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world.
Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness,
But will have the light of life.” - John 8:12

”GOD HEARS ALL - GOD SEES ALL - GOD WILL NOT FAIL YOU” - A PROPHETIC WORD FROM THE HEART OF THE FATHER

Before we go into today's podcast, I would like to let you know that this is a prophetic word from the Lord and it’s addressing where the majority of people are right now, and where many others have been.

MANY HAVE PASSED YOU BY ON THE ROAD OF SORROW THAT YOU HAVE HAD TO BEAR, too busy to stop and comfort, too concerned about what others might think of your condition. Others are only focused on their own forms of grief and have yet to learn to comfort others in their weariness and tiredness.
 
I HAVE ENCOURAGED ALL OF YOU WHEN OTHERS ARE HAPPY, BE HAPPY WITH THEM!
If they are sad, share their sorrow. (Romans 12:15) Even the Samaritan, one least likely to reach out, stopped and cared for the man battered, hurt and sorrowful left on the road.
Many who claim spiritual piety and goodness, turn their heads and hearts when they see another brother or sister aching in sorrow or tragedy.
Let it not be heard about you my child in the heavenly realm, that you protected your own comforts or your own position and turned away from a brother or sister in their prolonged agony.
 
I HAVE BEEN TESTING THE HEARTS OF MANY WHO LAY CLAIM TO A WILLINGNESS TO DO ANYTHING I ASK OF THEM, but sadly then “pass on the other side" in order to avoid involvement with what "appears to be" one who is struggling or failing. As you do to others, so in your time of need will it be done to you!
I YOUR FAITHFUL REDEEMER HAVE HEARD THE HEART WRENCHING CRIES FROM YOUR PRAYERS, and I am even now giving you strength and empowerment to stay firm and continue to believe that I will restore all to you that has been shattered, stolen, or shamed!
"It is God who gives us, along with you,  t
he ability to stand firm for Christ has commissioned us.
He anointed us!"   -2 Corinthians 1:21
 
I HAVE ANOINTED YOU EVEN IN THIS SEASON OF SORROW!
And I will bring a fresh and pure expression of Godly living and giving into the earth through those we who see that they are being prepared as good Samaritans and who themselves are also being cared for by others who require nothing in repayment.
Many are hearing my voice calling to them to bring relief to those who have been faithful in obeying my voice but have been persecuted heavily for doing so!
 
OBEY MY COMMAND QUICKLY! ACT NOW!
Bless them, help them heal, providing for them like I would! You will be greatly rewarded for this effort.
“As you give them even a cup of cold water in my name,

As you have been faithful to believe that I have better plans and a better way than the schemes of men, Very soon I will wipe away your bitter tears and despair.

The Lord is revealing a sound in the earth coming from the hearts and deep cries of so many of His people right now.  Perhaps it might even be yours as you read. There is a cry of hunger for His sure, safe presence in difficult times and in changing times.
 
A NEED FOR “QUIET”
The world and it's voices of influence, humanistic subtleties, and constant technology and it's sounds bring about an overload of weariness to all people, and there is a greater need for a place of rest for the warriors of truth who are very aware of the pressures that have not stopped mounting for many years now.  
THERE IS MUCH TREACHERY OCCURRING IN THE EVIL PLANS OF DARKNESS AND THE PEOPLE HELD CAPTIVE BY IT THESE DAYS!
It can bring a real sense of despair, broken-heartedness and shock when you encounter this type of thing and when it attempts to destroy your hope and confidence in what the Lord Jesus has set you apart for to express in His Power and in His name.
 
WHY OH WHY ALL THE DELAYS?
I don't know fully why it seems as if good people who are sincere and pure hearted seem to go through more persecution and repeated difficulty than those who seem to be the ones perpetuating the majority of it!!
  
SO MANY RIGHT NOW ARE NEARLY AT THEIR WITS END WAITING FOR GOD TO RELIEVE THEM OF SORROW, DISILLUSIONMENT AND BATTLE FATIGUE!
 
“My soul faints with longing for your rescue,
But I have put my hope in your word.”

FEAR NOT! THE ENCOURAGER HEARS YOU!
“You hear, O LORD, the desire of the afflicted;
You encourage them, and you listen to their cry.”

WHAT IS THIS VERSE SAYING TO YOU AND I RIGHT NOW?
It is saying that the Lord Himself will encourage us!
That is why we must continue to fight for that place of Divine “refuge!”
 
That “get away from it all” place of craving and longing for His comfort.
He knows our hurt, our loneliness, our scorched and heart torn issues! He understands how agonizing and bled out we can get when it seems as if battle after battle we begin to wonder if something might be wrong with us!

NOTHING CAN SATISFY DRY LIPS LIKE WATER!
We are in a time where no persons opinions, no one’s books, no one’s TV shows are going to satisfy that craving, that need for a thirst quenching drink of companionship with God.
We long to hear words from someone that tell us everything is going to be all right! That our children will be safe, our homes protected, our basic needs provided! And yet! Nothing “out there” satisfies us fully!
  
YOU SEE DEAR BELOVED ONE… 
…The season of great hunger for the simple walk with Jesus has blossomed!

A TIME LIKE NO OTHER TIME - WALKING ON THE EDGE OF THE PRECIPICE LIVING ON THE EDGE OF ETERNITY - An Urgent Prophetic Exhortation

It seems that with such prolific access to, web blogs and articles, many prophetic voices who are attempting to communicate spiritual metaphors and insights received from the heart of God to be shared and to hopefully  soften the hearts of mankind, have perhaps been reduced to quick sound bites and what I would term "Scripture bites". It’s absolutely essential in these twisted and upside-down days to not look for a quick fix for the turmoil and hard things that we are facing.
 
WHAT DOES THE HOLY SPIRIT WANT TO COMMUNICATE TO US ABOUT “WALKING ON THE EDGE OF THE PRECIPICE”
  AND
“LIVING ON THE EDGE OF ETERNITY”?
As I have searched this out knowing that the Lord was communicating something to me regarding these two statements, clear words of instruction, their potential, and warnings have begun to emerge. I share them from a trembling heart and an alert spirit.
And so first: 
 
“WALKING ON THE EDGE OF A PRECIPICE”
Precipice - a noun
“A very steep rock face or Cliff, typically a tall one”
Figurative – “the country is teetering on the precipice of political anarchy”
The origin of the word comes from the late 16th century indicating a headlong fall. In the Latin it means abrupt descent.
This word in a nutshell expresses an anguishing anticipation of what could be a devastating and shocking “out of control” spin into oblivion, tumbling headlong into an unknown space, fully out of control, not knowing when the descent will end, and if anything will remain once it hits the pull of gravity.
“Pride goes before destruction,
A haughty spirit before a fall.”
(Off of a precipice)  - Proverbs 16:18
 
And Secondly:
“LIVING ON THE EDGE OF ETERNITY”
Because we live on the edge of eternity, we must not lose our heads. We must get our heads on straight and think in harmony with divine revelation. We must not be oblivious to the times that we are living in, nor should we be frightened and “act out” in panic. Our clear-headedness makes us able to pray as we should, seeking divine wisdom, guidance and the power to live faithfully in difficult times.
Jesus told His disciples things would go from bad to worse as the end of all things approaches.There will be social and political upheaval and natural disasters. There will be an intensification of opposition toward Christians so that fellow Christians begin to turn on each other and family members betray one another.
 
"Brother will hand over brother to death;  A father will hand over his child.
Children will rebel against their parents and kill them. (Euthanasia?)
 - Mark 13:12-13.
In such times of danger, love will fade, and people will abandon the self-sacrifice of love, for the sake of self-preservation.
 
SHAKEN AND STIRRED
The Holy Spirit impressed me some time back with this statement.
“Shaken AND Stirred”
My mind said, "You mean, shaken - not stirred!"
Again, a little while later, the same statement was impressed into my spirit one more time. “Shaken AND stirred”!
As I thought about this I began to realize that the Holy Spirit wanted to show me a prophetic insight, combined with the word of God regarding what His role in working within the hearts of believers looks like at this juncture in time.
 
WE HAVE HEARD MUCH ABOUT THE SLUMBERING, SLEEPY BRIDE.
A somewhat overgrown, youthful, well-fed bride. Oh! How she LOVES the candlelight, the romantic spirituality that feeds the soul and emotional longings of one yet to experience the commitment to a marriage! Everything has the beauty and sparkle of a fairyland or Disney type of fantasy and fireworks!
Surrounding this young maiden are gifts and beautiful tangible items reminding her of this youthful celebration of a pledge. The pledge to honor the one she loves. The gifts that have been given come from those who know that these will be needed to assist them in their life of growing together towards becoming one heart, one flesh, a single expression of their own family unit.
There are similar parallels to be fearlessly looked at regarding where and how the corporate bride of Christ has behaved on many levels. There has been a new term or word phrase created to address what would often be called a petulant, whiny, overindulged young woman who is in preparation for the big “blowout wedding day event”. The name for this is "Bridezilla”!
The basic picture is until SHE gets what she wants, the way she wants it, WHEN she wants it, anything or anyone in her way gets demolished if it does not satisfy her need to be fully noticed, in control and lavishly celebrated in all of her self-planned and applied concepts as to what a wedding should look like.
The problem is, in real life - the wedding and festivities are only a brief glimpse of what an actual joining of two in marriage looks like for the long haul.
And so when the party is over and the hard work begins, (and yes, it's hard work), the little rifts and storm clouds come to buffet and shape the couple into maturity.
 
BUT! IF THE BRIDE DOES NOT WANT TO MATURE…
…And desires to be treated like a young princess, much like the central character in a children's story, "The princess and the Pea" then no matter how others attempt to sweet-talk or ease her discomfort, eventually she becomes demanding and unsatisfied, regardless of what is offered to her.
And so the current state for many who make up the bride of Christ in its majority is one of a moody, discomforted and unfulfilled mate, waiting for her bridegroom to do FOR her, the things that she would rather not do for herself, and wants the bridegroom to bring her the comforts that she needs without having to labor, herself.
 
THERE ARE THOSE WHO HAVE PAID AN OVERWHELMING
AND COSTLY PRICE TO SHAKE OFF SLUMBER AND SELF INDULGENCE,
AND HAVE STEPPED OUT AS PATHFINDERS.
 
They are boldly declaring a warning about remaining a child and not maturing to the fullness of God's plan. They have warned over and over of the things that we are now seeing happen.
 
SHAKEN!
Imagine the shock, the total disbelief of the five virgins (Matthew 25) who slumbered and gambled with their futures so flippantly when in their drowsy and moody state missed the sound that the bridegroom announced, calling them to come, to travel the road now well lit, to a prepared place.
They were shaken! Shaken to the core and in total disbelief that things had changed and had been shaken in their drowsy existence so quickly! They were warned to be ready but figured just as always that they would somehow be able to manipulate their surroundings and discomforts and find a way to get their way!
And so has it been with the body of Christ the past few years, even though the voice of “The Beloved” has warned and shouted out.
He has sent prophetic voice after prophetic voice, teacher after teacher, evangelist after evangelist with a reoccurring message,
"You prepare the way!
You make the crooked ways straight!
Build up a pathway that you may walk upon to a holy place!
 
And it will be said:
"Build up, build up, and prepare the road!
Remove the obstacles out of the way of my people."
Isaiah 57:14
And yet, the bride in many ways has gone on her merry way expecting to be rescued from her slumber and folly. Walking ON THE EDGE OF THE PRECIPICE and Living On The Edge of Eternity.
 
BECAUSE OF GOD'S MERCY…
…THE BRIDE WILL CONTINUE TO BE SHAKEN
Shaken and shaken again, until she awakens from her slumber and admits to selfish ambition. She will be challenged to become the mature heart who walks with her beloved as her leader and Lord, not just simply as a provider of pleasures, fleshly sustenance, and entertainment.
“See to it that you do not refuse him who speaks.
If they did not escape when they refused him who warned them on earth, how much less will we, if we turn away from him who warns us from heaven?
AT THAT TIME HIS VOICE SHOOK THE EARTH,
But now he has promised,
"Once more I WILL SHAKE NOT ONLY THE EARTH
BUT ALSO THE HEAVENS.” -Hebrews 12 25-27
The words "once more" indicates THE REMOVING OF WHAT CAN BE SHAKEN, Meaning, created things—SO THAT WHAT CAN’T BE SHAKEN WILL REMAIN.
 
… AND STIRRED
When someone is shaken awake from a deep sleep, the adrenaline begins to pump throughout the body and there is a keen and heightened alertness that begins to stir the senses.
“Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God, which is in you!
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of prisoner, but share with me in the sufferings for the gospel according to the power of God.” - 2 Timothy 1:6-8
 
“DEEPER AND DEEPER STILL”!  SAYS THE VOICE OF THE SPIRIT
It's no secret that the mainstream media has had a heyday with high profile personalities who have made claims to be devout Christians and then find them caught in the acts of extortion, embezzlement, infidelity, tax evasion, plagiarism and justification of personal indulgence at the expense of trusting donors.
Deeper and deeper still will the exposing and dissecting sword of the Word of God separate what is of the flesh claiming to be God, and what is of the Spirit, that is of God.
The folly and arrogance of those who minister with an elitist message will be brought to such public humiliation that even the hardest atheistic hearts will cringe at the ruthless mocking they will face.
As the Lord continues to shake out and stir up the dross in the life of each believer, there will be a corresponding stirring again to deep repentance.
Believers will come out of their groggy existence and begin to allow the deep purging and removal of willful perceptions about whom God has blessed and whom God might use for his glory, and for His purposes.
 
A TIME LIKE NO OTHER TIME
We are in a time like no other before.
There is a setting forth of a new and fresh openness to God's supreme directions.
There is a shaking off of youthful folly and petty “scrapping” over who imparts the greatest message or anointing.
Instead of well planned out speaking rosters for heavily and slickly advertised conference invitations, there will continue to be spontaneous and Divinely orchestrated gatherings throughout all nations.
It has already begun in several unannounced assemblies of like-minded hearts. It is being lit and ignited by the very hand of a Sovereign and brilliantly strategic God.
 
GATHERINGS LARGE AND SMALL, IN HALLS, HOMES, AND BARNS,
HAVE BECOME A FOCUS OF GOD'S HEART.
 
He indeed has an agenda.
It is to call the bride, His beloved, the one He lavishly spent all of his life's blood upon, to rise up from her slumber and be “shaken and stirred” to see that He is beckoning her deeper and yet deeper still to enter into a place of profound grace, mercy, and safety.
As the cry of repentance from dead works, and foolish masterminding of plans and programs (that only led the bride into morbid obesity) is stirred in the hearts of those ailing and sickened by the results of such overindulgence, deeper and deeper still will the Spirit of God draw his people into a communion of body, Spirit, and soul with his plan and purpose.
 
THOSE THAT WILL WAIT IN THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD IN THEIR GATHERINGS…
… In their brokenness, in their humility, will begin to experience a hush of holiness falling upon their gatherings. The hovering presence of the pleasure of God will invade and flood the hearts of those who have come simply to fellowship in the power of His word and the Beauty of His Holiness. But! This cannot be a forced agenda or trend! This is not to be confused with what has been termed “The Anointing” or “The Holy Spirit Falling Upon God’s People.” Not a whisper, not a sound, not a song, nor a shout will be needed to attract this majestic treasure.
 
COMING SOON: THE WEIGHT OF HIS GLORY
I have been in meetings where believers who chose to enter into repentance and allowed the “dross work” of God to have full access to every corner of their souls, where, without warning or fanfare, the weight of God’s Glory invaded the room, the conference, and the meeting halls. It was as if a drenching, tangible mass of warmth and comfort wrapped itself around every human being present. It mattered not whether they were youthful or stooped over in the aging of their bodies.
The weight of the very glory and magnificence of the Supreme Being, The Sovereign One, was unmistakable.
Beautiful stillness and sweetness flowed in to and out of every soul present. All who were sitting or standing in this weight of glory did not need anyone to tell them the phenomenon that surpassed any of man's orchestrations was happening.
It didn’t last 5 minutes, 10 minutes, or 15 minutes. It came in waves and beckoned with the fragrance of mercy that only the “Still Small Voice” can infuse a room with.
 
IT SEEMED THAT THE MORE WILLING THE HEARTS OF THOSE IN THESE GATHERINGS WHO WOULD SIMPLY SIT IN THE WEIGHT OF THIS GLORIOUS SILENCE, THE RICHER AND DEEPER THE PEACE BECAME.
And then again, the Sweet song of the Lord would begin to sing out over the people and the people would begin to sing out the sweet song of repentance and devotion back unto the Lord.
IT SURPASSED ETHNIC AND CULTURAL BACKGROUNDS, NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL EXPRESSIONS AND HUMAN LANGUAGES.
Deeper and yet deeper still His presence, His glory, His weightiness would hover. In one such meeting, the waiting in His glory, in His presence, waiting upon Him, lasted for 45 minutes. No one wanted to leave, and no one had any agenda.
“Be still!” the Lord said. “Be still and know, that I am God!”
 
 HEART WRENCHING REPENTANCE -- SEASON OF REFRESHING
“Repent, then, and turn to God, So that your sins may be wiped out,
That times of refreshing may come from the Lord." -Acts 3:19
 
There have been voices in the Body of Christ crying out that she must repent for her sluggishness, smugness, and presumption.
These voices will be amplified and multiplied throughout the year.
There will be required by the Lord, a setting apart in the heart of every believer. Deeper and deeper still will the call to shake off slumber, to once and for all lay down the sins and arrogance that easily traps and ensnares the life of the bride.
 
THE GREATER THE SURRENDER
-THE GREATER THE INCREASE OF HIS GLORY
As each member of the body of Christ willingly steps in to the full scan of the Holy Spirit's convicting radiance, a fresh awakening of the empowering courage and strength of Christ as the glorious bridegroom will be brought to the forefront.
He will be the central focus and no longer will the bride lag behind in adolescent drudgery and laziness.
Wave upon wave of adoration will be lifted up as a love sacrifice to the Beloved One. And the weight of His glory will shake and rock religious agendas and nations until they crumble and strip off the need for the noise and glitter that has cluttered and stifled the rightful honor due unto the King of glory.
When with deliberate consideration, the weight of God’s glory is given full access to flow as it begins to invade and permeate, be prepared for unbelievers who may be simply walking by a home gathering, a fellowship service, or a conference, to be drawn into your gatherings as if wooed or summoned by a fragrance or sound that they have had move them to go and seek out where it was coming from.
The Lord shall draw them and show them of His might, His presence, and you shall lead them to Him…
… And they shall find salvation.
 
LAST INSIGHT AND WARNING
Many are indeed "Walking on the edge of the precipice" and are "Living on the edge of eternity, not knowing where to turn or what to do, and will fall headlong into further disaster if they do not awaken from the hardness of heart, distractions and spiritual presumption that have become companions and corrupt habits.
Today you have heard His heart; you have heard His voice,
Harden not your heart, and instead quickly heed His voice.
 
Allow the shaking!
Willingly permit any condescension, elitism, control, manipulation, cowardly blame-shifting, hateful speech, competition, anger, mocking and vengeful and revengeful thoughts, to be once and for all purged out of your soul!
Your very spiritual life depends on what you do when on the edge of a precipice!
You can, “Jump headlong into recklessness”
Or
“Fall into the hands of the living breathing God”.
 
“Take care, brethren,
That there not be in any one of you an evil, unbelieving heart
That falls away (headlong off of a precipice) from the living God.”
-Hebrews 3:12
 
THE “END” IS AT HAND FOR EACH AND EVERY GENERATION EVERY SINGLE DAY, and their response to the gospel in this life determines their eternal fate.
 
Each generation is living on the edge of eternity,
and there will always be an urgency to respond to the gospel, for your response to the gospel determines your eternal destiny.

New Winds Are Blowing - Yet There Is a Risk! Insights For Uncertain Times When The Spiritual Climate Is Changing

My spiritual discernment tells me...... That a change in the spiritual climate is coming.
Yes.
There ABSOLUTELY is risk associated with the shifting of your focus, choices and standards.
For some, there is risk that the newness that God is bringing will also bring an ending to their way of doing things, an ending to the security of the past.
For others there is risk that they will be the people called to forge into new territory in the power of the Spirit, to announce and help build and steward the newness that God is bringing.
I often ponder (at times I stew and pace) about where the church is in this post-modern culture and where it desperately needs to be heading.
I feel a change in the air. I sense a new freshness and direction being orchestrated by the Lord in His church, meaning His people. I’m sure not smart enough to know what all that means nor am I able to predict the future, but the signs are there.
My spiritual discernment tells me...... that a change in the spiritual climate IS coming.
I’m not yet sure whether this is a storm or the just the rains after a drought, but I have an inkling that it may be the wind of opportunity that promises a new beginning that I hear blowing. It may just be the fresh winds of the Spirit that will bring the “showers of spiritual blessings” that people used to sing about, but most likely.... this is not the case.
 
Our world and our culture are changing rapidly all around us.
With new communication technology and increasing global interaction, we face a world that will be absolutely different from the one which we have lived in for so long.
Our own society is changing.
There are new ways of thinking and new ways of doing things.(Think self driving cars and drones delivering pizzas!)
The year were are in just sped through and was just a date on a calendar, but that date caused us to take a long look at where we have been and where we are going. And, when we looked closely, the changes unfolding all around us have surprised us, or at least it surprised me!
Of course, some want to see changes, ANY changes, as threatening.
And so they move into a doomsday mode and adopt a negative view (Think the Jonah Syndrome). They fight most any kind of change as a change for the worse.There ARE things to be concerned about WITH some changes. But where some people see only problems, others see opportunities.
Change can be threatening, scary, and hard!HARD H A R DWORK!
However, the people who study these things say that times of change are the best opportunities for people to respond to God. The uncertainty and discomfort that any major change brings, opens the door to reevaluate your life and ask questions about your purpose and what in your life has meaning.
If that’s true in individuals, I am pretty sure that it’s also true of society. And it’s true of the church.
Studies and Stats show that there is more interest in religion and spirituality in the world at large now than there has been in the last half-century.
Of course, some of that spirituality is of the weird and twisted kind, and certainly not Christian. But, that also tells us that there are opportunities to proclaim the Gospel, in Love, with authentic compassion and yet without compromising.
Honestly speaking, I’m not sure what all that means for the church. The message hasn’t changed, and the truth hasn’t changed, but the world has, and how we speak and express the truth will need to change in order to speak to that world.
New winds are blowing. The spiritual climate is changing. The smell of fresh breezes and fresh showers are in the air.But one thing is certain.
There will be no status quo.
There will be no “going on as usual”.
The changes, are already in process.
We can’t change things just because we decide it should be done friends!
That’s presumption!
If we say we want GOD’S plan(s) for change, we have to get the blueprints from Him. But, we CAN do it as God calls out to us and reveals to us where HE is working in the world. And then, we can do it!
We can RISK as we listen, hear, and respond to that call, as God enables and graces us with the courage it will take to “adjust the rudder” of our ship.
I don’t know about you, but I'm going to be watching closely for the changes in the spiritual weather.
And I’ll be listening carefully so I don't miss the voice of God in the darkness.
If someone asks me about a voice that they may have heard calling their name in the night, I’ll be ready to tell them to say these words.
“Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening."
"The Lord came and stood there and called as he had before, “Samuel, Samuel!”Samuel said, “Speak, Lord. I am your servant and...... I am listening.” -Samuel 3:10

"Tuning In To Listen - Tuning Out Trends" What Exactly IS God Saying In The Middle Of Difficulties, Loss and Adjustment?

As I sit here in the outdoors this evening enjoying an unusually cool and brilliantly moonlit sky, I am stirred to speak openly and transparently about the things that God is not only dealing with in my personal journey with him, but also some of the trends and presumptions that occur in the world of “Christendom” when it appears and feels as if the Father God is far off and seemingly unresponsive to the cries of those desperate for relief and merciful compassion.
Through his own personal agony, King David came to a new understanding of what it really was that God required from man.
ENMESHED INTO DECEPTION 
God is not interested in our outward sacrifices or "offerings."
This does not necessarily mean that God never requires outward forms of worship or expression or observances. Many lines of Scripture prove that at times he does. But it does mean that these are not the things that he requires first. If our religious practices contain nothing more than outward actions and performance, then God takes no pleasure in them.
God always looks underneath what goes on outwardly, and looks to the motives and the attitude of the heart. What does he look for there?
 David tells us in Psalm 51:16 -17
“For you delight not in sacrifice, or else would I give it; you find no pleasure in burnt offering. 
The sacrifice [the sacrifice acceptable] to God is a broken spirit; a broken and a contrite heart [broken down with sorrow for sin and humbly and thoroughly penitent], such, O God, You will not despise.” 
 
BROKEN AND CONTRITE
These are not common words to our ears these days! 
Just what does it mean when God asks that we have a broken spirit?
 Does he want us to be beaten down and humiliated? 
I am sure that this is not his plan. So? What IS a broken spirit? 
It is an “inner self” that has come totally to the end of it-self. It makes no claims, and offers no arguments. All independence, all self-will, self-promotion, all self-righteousness have been pruned away.
Such a spirit simply turns and trusts completely upon God, not trusting in his own skill, merit, popularity, or ability to influence. This one who has willingly allowed the disciplining of his soul knows that he or she must only trust in God and his unrelenting mercy.
If we will ALLOW Him to guide us, HE knows how to produce this brokenness of spirit in each of us. Just remember, he treats us as individuals. And he would never abuse our individuality. He uses just the right amount of intensity needed to accomplish his desires, that we would relinquish our mistrust in his plan and fully step into total abandonment, willingly accepting his plan.
“For he does not willingly bring affliction or grief to the children of men.” 
-Lamentations 3:33
 
AFFLICTION IS ALSO KNOWN AS - “DISCIPLINE” 
If there was ever a man who had to face affliction also known as “discipline” - it was David. I am amazed that he never became bitter. He even admitted that it did him good! God allows us to come under afflictions/discipline, not because he is mad at us, nor because he has rejected us. It is actually a demonstration of his faithfulness.
When he sees us taking a wrong turn that will lead to our own harm and damage, he allows difficulty and affliction/discipline to turn us back to the way that leads to peace and blessing.
When I say affliction, I am not accusing God of bringing about harsh and devastating blows in order to knock us down and break our arms in the process.
No! No! No!
In Psalm 119:67, 71, 75 it says:
 "I used to wander off until you disciplined me;
 but now I closely follow your word.
My suffering was good for me,
for it taught me to pay attention to your decrees.
I know, O Lord, that your regulations are fair. 

You disciplined me because I needed it.
 
WHEN WE ARE "THROWN A CURVEBALL" 
How do we respond when we are "thrown a curveball" and everything we carefully planned out and prepared for suddenly takes a turn we did not expect?
David did not view afflictions/disciplines as disaster. He saw it as a form of correction - something to adjust his life. He was saying, “Before I was afflicted/disciplined I went astray and I suffered for it. Now I've learned my lesson! It pays to obey your word!”
 
ARE YOU IN THE MIDDLE OF DIFFICULTY, LOSS, OR AN ADJUSTMENT? 
May I caution you? Don't fight back! And whatever you do, do not argue with God! Admit that God is dealing with you and allowing an affliction/a disciplining, a difficulty or disappointment, to address major issues of stubbornness, lazy spirituality, dependence upon others for water from the word, and more than often - a sour and willful independence that does not like accountability in every area.
 
ASK HIM, "WHAT IS IT THAT YOU ARE DOING?" 
“God? Am I off the pathway that you have planned and have willfully gone my own way?”
The Lord is seeking, looking, longing for you to turn away from things that are harmful and to bring you back to things that are in his purpose and plan.
If we are willing to learn from these afflictions/disciplines, there will come a time when we will indeed look back with gratitude for the things we have learned and matured in.
My dear friends, we were not created to serve ourselves or to meet our own needs. Whatever we need, the Lord will see to it that we get it, as we move along the pathway that he has chosen. You may be asking the question, “Why is it so hard for me to hear from the Lord at first when it comes to difficult issues and decisions?”
We must understand we cannot instantly “unlearn” what we have lived our entire life.
We must as the Scripture says be "transformed" from who we are to what we want to be.
We need to understand with our whole heart that we were intended to be godly in every way. In our relationships with others, and above all, in our relationship with God the father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit. If one is out of order then both will be.
But! As a dear brother in the Lord by the name of Larry Reese says, 
“We are not to fear the passing of time or fear that we are wasting time by spending time with the Lord, searching out his word, and being still in his presence.
You will never lose anything by doing these things!”
 
TRENDS, BLOGS, AND COMMENTS
It's no secret that social media has become quite a form of communication! One of the problems that can occur when “listening” to trends, blogs, and commentary from others is that sources quoted and information gathered might well be skewed to interject thoughts and opinions into the minds of those who never think for themselves.
Believers in Christ are not to be uninformed, but they are to be wise about what they “ingest and digest” when it comes to the lifestyle of a Christian.
Do not rely upon the wisdom of men to help you to ultimately reach the destiny that God himself paid the price for. He is not an ego- driven maniac looking for his entourage of followers to validate his importance!
He "paid it forward" so that we would have the opportunity to walk upon a pathway, although narrow, that leads to purposeful living and a fruitful reaping of productivity that will only advance us into further opportunities to speak of hope and a purpose for others.
 
BEWARE OF FALSE HUMILITY AND UNDERTONES OF DISDAIN 
If there were one thing that sickens the heart of God it would be underhanded and slippery craftiness oozing from those who resist the full aspect of allowing God to create in them a clean and contrite heart.
It always amazes me how individuals that need notoriety and a place of “mystical” influence seem to be able to cunningly discredit good and godly saints around them who have perhaps lovingly warned them about deceptive practices or micro-management control issues, knowing that they risk the loss of relationship when doing so.
It is as if these individuals secretly feel entitled to sidestep the issue of preferring your brother or sister, and humbly listening to their insights and observances.
Equally amazing, are those who listen to only one side of a conflict or disagreement, and then spiritualize-away the facts that harm or discord has happened.
And so, the Lord allows the difficulties and afflictions to come and expose the areas of favoritism, embracing the “new and exciting”… 
…Rather than the narrow and at times - dry pathway to mature godliness.
 
 There will always be among us, those claiming to have “THE” word of the hour, the “message of the forefathers”, and on and on the platitudes and justifications are listed to justify the mocking and putting down of the simple and unique message of self-abandonment.
 
LISTEN FOR THE SOUND OF MERCY 
Listen to the “tone” in the voice of those addressing the crowd, the congregation, or perhaps a small study group. False humility has a highly "honeyed" pitch of barely restrained condescension, laced with heavy doses of unsolicited advice and counsel.
Rarely will individuals who have an exaggerated view of their own importance allow others to warmly and intimately engage in transparent communication and dialogue regarding the unique and yet equal calling and gifting of each child of God. 
 
NOW IS THE TIME -- THE TIME IS NOW! 
These words have been spoken out from the Lord over the lives of many who seemingly can hardly lift their heads due to delays, betrayals, losses, and a deep, deep internal anguish. It seems as if God sees greater fruitfulness when we are at the bottom of the proverbial "barrel"!
Those who are forever wishfully proclaiming that the “bad times are over and good times are ahead” are sadly attempting to override the ache of the soul when it longs to return to the comfort zone of self indulgence.
“But look, you are trusting in deceptive words that are worthless!” -Jeremiah 7:8
Know this. To avoid the chastening and bruising of our souls is a guarantee that not only will you cause devastating and brutal pain to others, but also most importantly, you shall grieve the Holy Spirit.
I ENCOURAGE THOSE OF YOU READING AND LISTENING,
TO TEST THE FRUIT OF THOSE WHO CLAIM TO HAVE
A SPECIAL AND MYSTICAL "IN" WITH THE LORD.
 
The Lord is not one who neither “excludes” nor leaves the broken out in the cold, nor does he invite into his inner courts of wisdom and revelation, those who would use it to their own personal advantage or fame.
 
IT IS TIME. NOW IS THE TIME! THE TIME IS NOW!
It is time to face the chastening of the Lord in the light of the purpose he has behind it. Growing up and maturing finally in the things he has been dutifully prodding you to do for a long time now.
 
PROCRASTINATION  FELLOWSHIPS WITH SLOTHFUL AND SLOPPY APPROACHES
 TO RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD AND WITH MANKIND.
 
For once and for all make the decision to not blame-shift or deflect onto others what God is dealing with in the wickedness of your own soul.
Now is the time to be willing to lose your life, to be afflicted -- yes even to the point of having the Lord remove and expose those who have become disobedient, self-promoting, and abusive in the circles you walk within.
 “SEE TO IT that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the basic principles of this world rather than on Christ.” Colossians 2:8
 
OPEN YOUR EARS 
The Lord is speaking! Listen!
He has wisdom to impart to you that may well save and instruct others who might fall into foolish behavior. It is not about your comfort, your "wants" nor even your dignity! It’s about a willingness to be the servant of the Savior, and to emulate His example.
He Is Speaking....
...But are we listening?
“The Sovereign LORD has given me an instructed tongue,
To know the word that sustains the weary.
He wakens me morning by morning, Wakens my ear to listen like one being taught.”
Isaiah 50:4

“THE GREAT COMING WHIRLWIND” - A Prophetic Insight

“The LORD is slow to get angry, but his power is great,
And he never lets the guilty go unpunished.
He displays his power in the whirlwind and the storm.
The billowing clouds are the dust beneath his feet.”
-Nahum 1:3 
 We are in high-pressured days that seem as if
everything around us is in a great whirlwind.
The noise coming from
the media, the weather patterns, the sounds of war, the sounds of people crying
out for “Justice” and the sounds of people crying out because they feel like
there's been too much “In-justice”.
THE LORD WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK THESE WORDS IN THIS HOUR TO THOSE THAT HAVE EARS TO HEAR.
I know there are many
MANY prophetic words being ushered into the media outlets by so many people and
many have been spoken out in meetings and conferences.  I wish that I could tell you that every
single voice you're listening to and every promise that is being made to you
regarding great wealth, great promotion, and great open doors are accurate. But
deep down inside of your spirit man, there is something stirring that you
cannot explain. It's that knowing that something is coming, that something has
begun out there in the world that we cannot see, but that we know in the
spirit.
WE ARE IN A TIME LIKE NONE OTHER ON AND IN THE EARTH.
But, we do have
reference points to go to that tell of similar warnings and events that took
place in the past. We can remember when Lot chose to go for the things that
were more pleasing to his flesh and where he would have more abundant provision
and opportunity for business trade, but in the end he was stuck in the city
where there was nothing but illicit sex, graft, stealing and robbing, and
eventually total desolation and demolition. Even as the Lord provided a way of
escape, his wife still had the smell, the stench of the worldly life in her
heart, and she turned around to look one more time, fondly, over her shoulder,
at the home that she dreaded to leave behind.
LOOK AT THE DAYS OF NOAH WHEN HE WAS MOCKED AND LAUGHED AT. He
did not build that famous ark in a month! No! It took a long, long period of
time to build the ark out in the middle of nowhere!   A simple study of
the Bible text shows that the time from when God told Noah to build the ark,
till the rain fell was no longer than about 75 years.
And yet he obeyed
God.  If we read carefully, it says that
the Lord himself drew the animals to the ark. First, it is necessary to note
that Noah was not told to gather the animals. He was commanded only to build
the Ark, large enough for all the animals, and simply receive the animals when
they arrived. "And of every living thing of all flesh, . . . two of every
sort shall come unto thee, to keep them alive" (Genesis 6:19-20).
I WANT TO ENCOURAGE ALL OF YOU TO UNDERSTAND CLEARLY THAT THERE IS A
WHIRLWIND COMING.
In Jeremiah
23:19 God is talking about a whirlwind that He has sent—a violent
windstorm. The false
prophets have said, "No bad is coming" (verse 17).God says, "Do they ever listen to me? I've said, 'I'm sending a whirlwind, and
it's going to fall on the heads of the wicked.' How dare they say that
everything is going to be okay!”
What is coming is bigger
and broader and wider and more destructive than anything else that we have ever
seen. I don't know if it's a nuclear war! I don't know if it's bizarre weather
patterns! And I don't know if it's not just a whirlwind of new kinds of ideas
being foisted upon mankind.
WHAT I DO KNOW IS THIS.
There are people who are
aware in the spirit that the only stronghold in place right now, a place of
immunity and safety, is in prayer and in in surrendering to all that the Lord
is asking of them. Many of you are stretched beyond the point that no one can
understand. Their financial resources have been given and given again to help
others, and yet their own supply seems to be dwindling. There are those who
have poured into the lives of others, poured into businesses, poured into
mentoring and training others, and yet it appears as if when they reach out
there's nothing left in the pantry for them.
 
THE LORD WANTS THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE BEEN GIVING, GIVING, GIVING -TO
CHECK YOUR HEARTS ONE MORE TIME.
If HE told you to give
and to serve and to sacrifice, then you can be guaranteed one thing. He does
not withhold from those who have been faithful.
“But this I say, He which sows sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and
he which sows bountifully shall reap also bountifully. - 2 Corinthians
9:6 
"And God, who
supplies seed for the sower and bread to eat, will also supply you with all the
seed you need and will make it grow and produce a rich harvest from your
generosity." -2 Corinthians 9:10
I want to encourage you
right now in the spirit to understand the time that we are in, is a time when
nothing is making sense when trying to apply the past patterns and methods or,
the natural way of living. It's going to
take a determined, dogged, supernatural approach to understand the seasons the
days and the times.
God already understands
all of this, but He is not going to communicate to people who will then try to
communicate it in natural terms to those who don't have ears to hear. He's
going to communicate truth and wisdom to those were willing to allow their own
hearts to go into the fire of refining and changing the way that they have done
things in the past.
“The
fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; all who follow his precepts
have good understanding. To him belongs eternal praise.”
-Psalm 111:10
DIFFICULTIES REQUIRE NEW STRATEGIES.
Hard times require sober
minds and the determination not to be towed under by destruction and despair.
WE ARE NOT TO BE FOCUSING ON THE NOISE IN THE WHIRLWIND AROUND US IN
THIS WORLD, even though it sure does
draw our attention from the left and the right! We are to instead, focus on a
specific path, a narrowing of vision and a “one direction” place.
 And what exactly does that all
mean?
It means that we are to seek
the Face of the Father. 
And I mean seek and to seek, and to seek again. Continually.
“Seek the LORD and his
strength, seek his face continually.”
-1 Chronicles 16:11 
We have got to break
down those things that are holding back the move of God in all denominations of
the Christian faith.
It will only come by Seeking His Face,Seeing His Heart
for people
And
Hearing His Plans
for them, and for us!Oh how the Father wants to
bring a fresh move of his presence through His word and through His glorious
goodness and mercy!HE IS GOING TO BRING CORRECTION TO ALL DENOMINATIONS; all
walks that claim to have Jesus Christ as the head of the faith! So many smugly
think that because they have been charismatics or that they have been “spirit-filled”
they have a higher attained level of wisdom and discernment! This is nothing
but plain arrogance. If anything, there should be a more refined level of
humility and thankfulness for the fact that we have access through the gifts to
flow in the fruits of the Spirit.
“The LORD Almighty has a day in store for all the proud and lofty, for
all that is exalted (and they will be humbled).”
Isaiah 2:12 
THE HOLY SPIRIT WOULD SAY THESE WORDS TO US TODAY
“Yes, the winds are
blowing and they are harsh winds and some are absolutely destructive winds!
Everything that does not stand under the power of my word and is not anchored
in Me shall be shifted and blown and shaken, and at times the winds of drastic
change will draw away the dross from the wheat. I am sifting and shaking, and
shaking and sifting again and again until my people understand they do not live
in a time where making demands and commands to Me operate well.
I am looking for a people
who will bow low enough before Me and get quiet and seek My will, MY WILL
for planet earth! This world is fading away quickly and mankind is corrupted
each day more and more to go the way of the flesh.
YOU MUST PUT AWAY THE NOISE! You must put away the
noise in your life and enter into the place were in the center of the storm is
the eye. MY EYE is upon the
righteous, My eye is upon those that are fruitful and faithful, and fruitful to
Me may be different than fruitful to you!
You cannot serve two masters,
yet many have tried to justify the shutting away of My convicting voice when I
have told them to go back and make right the situations where they have done grievous
damage to others who are supposedly their family members in Christ.
If you cannot repent and
get relationships right in the Kingdom now, I cannot use you to forge new relationships
in the future in My Kingdom. If you have bitterness, anger and jealousy in your
heart, it will manifest with shaming and name-calling, as well as condescending
and destroying another's capability to serve me well.
The days of selfish
ambition and immaturity are closely coming to an end. My light, My life, My word and My ways are perfect! I will not
deviate from My plan for the Kingdom of God in the earth. I am looking for a
people who will not listen to the accusation of others nor slander and destroy
their brother and sisters because of another's opinion, or perhaps because they
themselves were brought a loving correction or warning and instead, turned
around and shamed the messenger.
I see you all and I am
fully aware of the things that have been done in My name to hide behind selfish
ambition. A judgment time is coming!
Know this. I am about to
expose those who abuse the gifts, abuse their titles and abuse the finances
that I have deemed for the kingdom and I'm going to bring their names to the
forefront to save their souls!
Yes, the whirlwinds may
blow, and the storms and winds will be continuing to cycle and swirl. But I'm
looking for those who are willing to stay in the center of My Eye, where there
is quiet and there is calm and there is discernment, direction and wisdom for
these devastating days.
To those in the center of My Eye, I will pour out a wisdom
beyond mankind's understanding and they will rise up and have the words that
will bring direction, correction, and light into dark places.
The eyes of the Lord keep watch
over knowledge,
but he overthrows the words of
the traitor.
-Proverbs 22:12
"For a man's ways are before the
eyes of the Lord, and he ponders all his paths."

Stand prepared, for I'm
doing this thing regardless of whether man is ready or not. I am that I Am and
I will have my way in the earth, says the Lord of Hosts.

is what the high and exalted One says-- He who lives forever, whose name is
holy:

and lowly in spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart

"THE TRAINING OF THE SPIRITUAL COMRADE" - Prophetic Insights

“I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”

WE ARE
STRANGE AND EXQUISITE CREATURES.We can ache for God tremendously; yet find ourselves getting
nervous if God gets too close!  After
all, the closer God gets, the more we hear the call to be “unpolluted”.
It is both exciting and frightening to hear that call!
 A SHORT STORY
 “Once upon a time
there was a little plant that was small and whose growth was stunted, for it
lived under the shade of a giant oak tree.
The little plant
valued the shade that covered it and highly enjoyed and relished the quiet rest
that it’s majestic friend provided. Yet there was a greater blessing prepared
for this little plant.One day a lumberjack
entered the forest with a sharp ax and cut down the giant oak! The little plant
began to weep, crying out, “My shelter has been taken away”. Now every fierce
wind will blow on me, and every storm will seek to uproot me!”
The guardian angel of
the little plant responded, “NO! Now the sun will shine and showers will fall
on you more abundantly than ever before! Now your stunted form will spring up
into loveliness, and your flowers, which could never have grown to full
perfection in the shade, will laugh in the sunshine. Many will say, "Look how
that plant has grown. How gloriously beautiful it has become by removing that
which was it’s shade and comfort!"
THE
TRAINING OF THE SPIRITUAL COMRADE
We need to see that the Lord wisely trains his soldiers by
calling them into difficult travels and service. He strengthens them through
wildernesses and mountains. God knows that spiritually armed Soldiers can only
be developed in battle and are not developed in times of calm. We can only
become true seasoned soldiers of Christ when we train and serve in the
preparation time of the uninviting, and at times "unfriendly"  surroundings.
TRUST FOR
A SEASON!
It's all about trusting God in the end. Oh yes it is!
We often ask in the heat of difficult battles whether they
are mental battles, spiritual battles, and financial battles…”Will He REALLY
refresh us in this time of struggle?” His Loving Word says so.
 "For I satisfy the
weary ones
And refresh everyone who languishes."
Jer. 31:25
 
 THE LORD IS PRODUCING STAMINA…
 …WHETHER WE LIKE IT OR NOT!
"Blessed is a man who perseveres under trial;
For once he has been approved,
He will receive the crown of life,
Which the Lord has promised to those who love Him."

THE
FATHER IS URGING US TO RUN TO HIM, TO CRY TO HIM!
He is there! Even in this fog of struggle, loss, anxiety, or even seeming success! He wants us to be desperate for Him and is training us to rely
on His voice. To make our decisions based on His plan for the whole earth!
 
 TIE YOURSELF TO THE HAND OF GOD!
 Get a "rope of
expectation" (the word of God) and tie yourself to it.
Hold on! The boding evil is nearly over!
 
"The night is nearly over; the day is almost here.
So let us put aside the deeds of darkness
And put on the armor of light."

INTIMATE
PLACE OF COMMUNICATION
It would be a powerful opportunity for all of us to get on
our knees in an “intimate place of communication” with the Lord, and refresh
our commitment to purity and with a willing heart to yield to the bidding of
the Father.
 
"They charge like warriors; they scale walls like soldiers.
They all march in line, not swerving from their course."

 LET OUR HEARTS WILLINGLY...
…Give Him Room to Move Freely in our daily action in this
Life.
We do this by

STRETCH THE TENT PEGS OVER THE GLOBE - KINGDOM “GLOBAL - ITY”

Many of these same Spiritual moves of the Hand of God are also occurring in Europe, S. Africa, the USA and other places globally. Remember, we are of the Heavenly Kingdom, on assignment to the Globe and have been strategically placed to serve the King of Glory. SO! HERE WE GO! Get a cup of tea or coffee and enter the Classroom of the Holy Spirit!I do agree, that much of what the Lord desires to be done in our native nations needs to come from among the "tribe" there, but we need to be ever so careful to see that the Lord sends in and sends out from among our own and others, specific messengers, people, and giftings in order to train, edify, breakdown earthly cultural divisions and...Refresh. NO MOVEMENT OR REGION IS EXCLUSIVE ON THE EARTH… …when the Kingdom is being freely expressed. Everywhere on the Globe, God is doing similar things. I have watched it occur in the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Africa, and Australia over and over again. The weeping, worshiping, repenting type of movement was rich, humbling, and overflowing. AS YOU GO TO THE LOCATIONS THE LORD MIGHT SEND YOU, see yourself carrying a small jar of oil as the widow of the prophet had in the book of Kings. (2 Kings ch. 4 vs. 1-7) What if she had never obeyed and had not collected the empty “foreign pots of her neighbors”, as many as she could? And she did it in front of her children! AS she shut herself up with the jars, (empty vessels) and her children, she still had to empty the little precious oil she had in the possession of her small self or - hence, the little pot of oil.DEAR CHILD OF GOD. YOU ARE ONLY GIVEN ENOUGH FOR EACH EVENT, EACH MOMENT TO POUR OUT. BUT. Once you do freely pour into any nation or individual, meaning-any vessel that is empty and put aside, more will then flow, until, all their jars (people) have been filled. Then, you go home, and rest in His presence and prepare again. THE JOY AND YET SOBER WARNING that comes from the Lord to those sent to nations is that we must never exclude others from other nations or foreign lands, whether we are at home or in another nation. All that we are, and have been set apart for must be freely shared, freely given, and…… Freely let go of. LOCATION IS ALWAYS IMPORTANT TO HUMANS. It gives us a sense of belonging, purpose, and identity. However, we cannot lay stake to where and how God will move or honor our efforts. His heart is set upon the whole location of earth to bring it into a Heavenly kingdom fit for Him to rule and reign. He brings heaven down to us, wherever we are, regardless of our location.The Lord sees our zeal and thrills over the gatherings we have all been a part of. Large or small.And He celebrates with us! BUT I AM STIRRED WITH A PROPHETIC WORD OF WARNING…… And also a spiritual insight. Once you have stepped into ministering on a national and perhaps international level and move into another place of God’s design for your life, the first thing the Enemy likes to do is imply that we have become more unique or special in our place of calling, location, or expressions. Actually. You have been called to die further. To ambition, to personal vision and importance. Teach this to the young ones.WE MUST LEARN THAT IT IS NOT LOCATION OR HARD WORK THAT GOD IS BLESSING! He blesses lives Hidden WITH God in Christ. Those who will start fires wherever they are sent and then, carry the embers of that flame with them, releasing others to fan the flames."He makes winds his messengers, Flames of fire his servants." Psalm 104:4“I will say to the north, 'Give them up!' and to the south, 'Do not hold them back.' Bring my sons from afar and my daughters from the ends of the earth!” Isaiah 43:6WHAT ARE THE BATTLES OF ENTERING INTO "THE CALLING?"The Big ones? Personal obscurity and self-denial. Letting go of the torch of personal vision so that others may flourish. Laying down our exclusiveness and letting others in on God's inclusiveness… globally."Therefore, my brothers, Be all the more eager to make your calling and election sure.For if you do these things, you will never fail." 2 Peter 1:10THESE WORDS MAY SEEM INTENSE… ...And sobering dear friends.But you have stepped into it now and I would not be a true friend to you if I didn't lovingly share with you that, since you have received a commissioning, you must also prepare to release that and, commission others until you yourself have multiplied the fire by allowing others everywhere to be able to have some of it, to fan it, to flame it...to make it their own, only to then repeat the process.SIMULTANEOUSLY, OTHER GATHERINGS AND MEETINGS ARE OCCURRING GLOBALLY, UNANNOUNCED TO ALL OF US FOCUSING ON OUR OWN REGIONS OR AREAS. THE LORD IS "TABERNACLE-ING WITH HIS PEOPLE" ...,,,Everywhere that there is humility, hunger, and holiness. Eventually, all of this kind of "tent meeting" will produce a move of Global intensity and will have a Glorious Collision among tribes, nations and peoples. We will all know one another in Christ and identify ourselves only as those from another Heavenly Kingdom. Even if we do have different accents and languages to struggle with!"With this in mind, we pray for you, that our God may count you worthy of his calling, and that by his power he may fulfill every good purpose of yours and every act prompted by your faith." 2 Thessalonians 1:11AS YOU GO TO THE NATION OR CITIES OR PEOPLE THE LORD SENDS YOU TO…...You go as a black man or woman, a yellow man or woman, a white man or woman, a brown man or woman and a red man or woman. YOU GO GLOBALLY, CULTURALLY, AND KINGDOM-LIKE. YOU ARE one of THEM. YOU become that part of the Kingdom when you are there, and you fan the flame God has placed in their location, leaving another aspect of the Kingdom with them, to also carry… Globally.When we implement this, we mature in Christ and step into a new dimension and a new "Good Time to die a little more," and in doing this we produce and dispense the fresh perfume of a surrendered life. rumblings of the earth to know that I Am in your presence!Instead. 
The Fire brings you to a place just like it did Moses!

their trust in people, and idols made of gold, positions of power,

what I say I will do! So... You take it into your own hands!When you finally lay down your need to control the universe
and those all around you and trust in Me, then you will be

But when we have the sweet presence of God flowing out of our lives, when we have His grace and abundance, and mercy and kindness is expressed in actions and deeds of tremendous forgiveness, then the world is drawn to something tender and sweet. ALTHOUGH I DO BELIEVE THAT THERE IS A FRESH EXPRESSION OF THE HEART OF THE FATHER STIRRING IN THE EARTH, I also see that there is a lot of "bashing" regularly occurring due to the abuse others have exhibited in their places of calling, aimed at those who have been true to what the Lord has asked them to do in His name, and this has caused not just a little sorrow.

WE MUST CLEARLY SEE THAT CORRUPTION CAN RAPIDLY OCCUR IN ANY PERSON OR ANY GROUP, ORGANIZED, RELAXED, OR OTHERWISE, when the tendency to think that they have arrived at a new or deeper revelation about something more so than others who perhaps express the Lord's voice differently.

ARROGANCE IS THE ASSUMPTION THAT I, INDIVIDUALLY, OR SOME GROUP THAT I AM A PART OF, COLLECTIVELY, IS SOMEHOW SUPERIOR TO SOMEONE ELSE OR SOME OTHER GROUP OF PEOPLE.
At the heart of arrogance is self-centeredness. And self-centeredness is the foundation of human sin. I believe any serious attempt at self-examination by an honest person will reveal that we humans are sinful and flawed beyond measure.
MARK TWAIN ONCE SAID,
“MAN IS THE ONLY ANIMAL THAT BLUSHES—
OR [FOR THAT MATTER] NEEDS TO.”
Paul writes, “So I find it to be a law that when I want to do what is good, evil lies close at hand…Wretched man that I am! Who will save me from this body of death?”
Self consumes us. And every time we arrogantly place our own needs before others we are enslaved by sin.

WHAT SHOULD WE DO?
HOW SHOULD WE LIVE INSTEAD OF IN THAT ARROGANT MODE?
How about the words of Jesus?
What did he say?
"Everyone who exalts himself (for example, "Aren't I great? Aren't I right? Don't I always have the best opinion?") will be humbled.
But he who humbles himself (for example, "This is my opinion but it may not be right. I don't have a corner on the market of truth.") will be exalted."

THE LORD IS NOT SPEEDING UP THE DELIVERY OF ANY "FRESH THING" IN THE EARTH IN ORDER TO GET US TO HIS PURPOSES QUICKLY.
No. He is testing the hearts of men and women everywhere, looking for humility, selflessness, and honor, for those who although not perfect, have also served and pointed the way to salvation for many years previously.
THE LORD IS NOT GOING TO HONOR THE INDIVIDUAL WHO SHOUTS THAT "CHANGE IS NEEDED" OR THAT "CHANGE IS COMING" AND THEN SLASHES AND BURNS ANYTHING THAT DOESN'T EMBRACE THEIR VERSION OF IT.

THE LORD IS INTERESTED IN THE SOUND OF HUMILITY, THE HAND OF MERCY, AND THE VOICE OF GRACE.
These key character issues attract the pure and simple Presence of the Lord. Blessed are the PURE in heart...for they shall see God.
Until the Body of Christ that has been through many difficult and Shattering events and rids it of bitter and venomous words against one another and accepts that each one like sheep have gone astray and turned to what pleased them at the moment, there will be little evidence of much harvest.

THE LOST AND CONFUSED WORLD OUT THERE WATCHES CHRISTIANS TEAR EACH OTHER TO SHREDS DAILY AND WONDERS WHY WE ARE ASKING THEM TO JOIN US!
Remember Christ’s two great commandments—love God with all your being and love your neighbor as yourself.
Self-centeredness is the reversal of the great commandment.
Self-centeredness means to place ourselves first, in effect proclaiming our own form of self-government (not needing or wanting the advice or insight of others), therefore our neighbors become an afterthought, and God becomes simply a convenience to be considered only when it’s helpful to us. It is evident even in our language that self-centeredness is woven into the fabric of the human experience.

THE ONE TRUE SACRIFICIAL MODEL TOLD US THAT HE WOULD SEND THE VERY SPIRIT OF GOD IN ORDER TO CONVICT ALL PEOPLE OF SIN, TO COMFORT, TO GUIDE, AND TO SET THEM FREE.
Indeed. The very evidence of a redemptive type of life is in one who washes the feet of his/her brothers and his/her enemies in an act of cleansing the dirt from the road of life off of the pathway to the Truth.
May we truly hear the sound of the unmistakable heartbeat of a redemptive model rising up in clear resounding purity, personal
transparency, and in the covering of the multitude of sins by speaking and meditating only on those things that are noble, just, pure, and of a good report.

AS INDIVIDUALS AND AS NATIONS, THE ANTIDOTE TO ARROGANCE AND SELF-CENTEREDNESS IS A HEAVY DOSE OF HUMILITY.
That is; a profound willingness to recognize the value and respect the dignity of every human life. And, furthermore, a humble heart calls us to seek and serve Christ in ALL persons by giving of ourselves willingly for the welfare of other people.

THE LORD SAYS,
"Do not let a wise man brag about how wise he is.
Do not let a strong man boast about how strong he is.
Do not let a rich person brag about how rich he is.
But here is what the one who brags should boast about.
He should brag that he has understanding and knows me.
I want him to know that I am the Lord.
No matter what I do on earth, I am always kind, fair and right.
And I take delight in that," announces the Lord.

Silent No More

Dear Friends,
I have a most precious "real life" story to share with you. It is the story and of one very brave and amazing woman. Her name is Karen Elliott and she lives in San Antonio, Texas.
What Karen is about to share on this podcast and written pages will cause you to weep as as well as rejoice at the forgiveness of the Lord and His power to wash away deep traumatizing shame and sorrow.

Thank you so much, Ladies and Gentlemen, for the opportunity to speak to you today.   I’d like to share my heart, my life with you.  All I ask is that you please listen with your heart!
You know, I used to ask myself what I wanted to be when I grew up.  There are so many things that interest me that I just wanted to embrace them all.  Art, fashion, interior design, real estate.  I was an art major in college, I had five years of private painting lessons, and painting is a chapter in my life which isn’t over just yet.  I have been under contract with a modeling agency in Texas, because I believe that mature women need to be equally represented in advertising, a trend that is just now coming to the forefront. 
I design interiors for people because I believe God wants us to flourish in our surroundings.  Another one of the things I do is to consult with women about their wardrobes…what sort of styles they should wear for their body type, what colors look good on them, even how to organize their closets so that getting dressed can be easy.
But on a more serious note, I’d like to share some of the secrets that have been hidden away in my closet.  Because you see, all of those things that I loved and embraced were on the surface.  Underneath, there was a secret that I had buried -- a secret that I told no one.
I was born to loving parents who were and still are very much in love with each other ( Karen's Mother has recently passed away).  I was raised in a Christian home and went to church.  I accepted Jesus and was born again in my mother’s bedroom when I was only nine years old.  I was already selfish and self-centered and wanted my own way.  I already needed His saving grace. 
I got married at 19 after two years of college, long before I knew who I was and what I needed in life, much less what I had to offer someone else.  That was what we had in common, and we were soon disappointed in each other.  I went to work immediately while my husband went to college and then law school. 
So much of our life was focused on when we got out of school that we forgot to invest in and enjoy the present.  The goal was more important than the means by which we would attain it. 
Church was no part of our life and neither of us thought too much about it.  I occasionally remembered that I felt God had called me to the ministry as a pastor’s wife, but it seemed that no longer had any relevance in my life.  All that mattered is that we had two darling little girls.  After seven years together and much of the enemy’s intervention, we divorced and I went to Atlanta to live with my parents.
At 25, divorced with children, and with no college degree, I felt ill-prepared for the workforce and I had to tell everybody within the first five minutes of meeting them that my ex-husband was an attorney.  My whole life had lost its focus. 
I had to support myself without my ex-husband’s education and credentials.  It seemed that I had no identity of my own.  You know, when a couple is divorced, the woman is suddenly no longer “the wife.”  The man still has his name, he still has his career, he still has his education.  If the woman did not have a career before marriage, she has to establish herself on her own.  If she marries again, she has yet another name and a new identity to assume. It can be very confusing.  A woman may ask, “Who am I, anyway?”  She searches to establish who she is.  Who she  was  is not who she is  anymore!
Though I had been a Christian most of my life, my identity was wrapped up in being the wife of my ex-husband.  So when my marriage ended, I experienced an identity crisis.  God wanted my identity to be wrapped up in Him, not in another person.
After my divorce, I started dating, and for the next couple of years I had very stringent rules for myself.  But the unthinkable happened!  I found myself pregnant!  It was not the Immaculate Conception!  I was old enough to know better!  How could I have been so stupid?  The choices I had made had trapped me!
The devil began warring on my senses.  Now I felt I had no choice!  If I were to have this baby, my ex-husband could say that I was an unfit mother and might try to take my children away from me!  I felt I had to act fast.  I decided I had to terminate the pregnancy.  I made a call to a man I knew who made the arrangements for an abortion.  The details are as vivid as though they all happened last week.
I could not have been more than four or five weeks pregnant.  After the procedure, I passed a tiny piece of pink flesh which was the beginning of a little baby.  It was not a blood clot like we sometimes have during periods of heavy flow; it was unmistakable.  I will never forget what I saw.
That image has haunted me, when I least expect it, and has never been forgotten even though I have kept my secret entirely hidden for many years. In a book by Francine Rivers called The Atonement Child,  many passages pierced my heart.  The words expressed so many thoughts and emotions that I have felt.  I would like to share one of these passages with you.

“She had sought a way out, any way out, and then had lied to get the money for an abortion, sacrificing her unborn child.  And since then, she had lied to herself and others.  Sowing seeds of destruction.  Why had she done it?  To hide her shame?  To pretend the past couldn’t harm her?  To avoid condemnation?  And what had she accomplished?  She was ashamed, hurting, and condemned anyway.  She could have made a hundred excuses for herself – and did – but none
mattered.  None helped heal the secret pain within her because her own blood cried out against her.  You can’t run away from God!”
I had thought that an abortion wouldn’t matter, that no one would ever know, and I would just continue life as usual.  Isn’t the woman the one to make the choice about what happens to her own body?  Why hadn’t I made another choice a long time ago, saving myself from this dilemma?  I thought that the decision to abort was the end of it.  God did forgive me when I wept and repented before Him.  How could I have known that it would come back into my conscience more than 30 years later with such glaring detail?
I married the man whose baby was aborted.  We were only married a month when he filed bankruptcy.  Life seemed to be a financial roller coaster and we were doomed with financial woes.  No matter how much money we made, we never had enough to pay everyone who wanted to be paid.  We were not tithing and we were not going to church.  I was taking birth control pills and got pregnant! 
The next year our precious son was born and now we had what you could call a “blended” family.  I tell you about the financial problems so you can see that I began to live under a curse of insufficiency.   Bill collectors were always calling.  There was never enough money.
Our marriage just unraveled with all sorts of sin.  By this time I had become an astrological expert, and I could, with just a few details of your birth date, time and location, tell you more than you knew about yourself.  I attributed it all to God who was All-powerful, All-knowing, and All-creative.  He was absolutely able to put all of your characteristics and personality into your tiny body depending upon when and where you were born.  I was VERY convincing and had a lot of “believer-followers.”  My door was always open and the coffee pot was always on. 
Then one day, in desperation, I knelt down beside my bed and I asked Jesus to help me with my life and my children.  I had not been doing a very good job with any part of it.  He was right there as soon as I called His Name.  Soon after that we   enrolled the girls in a Christian school. 
I began to feel that we needed some continuity between school and home.  We started going to church and one morning I just could not quit crying.  The pastor invited me to come to his study the following week to talk and right there I was baptized in the Holy Spirit.  When I left the church, my car just transported me to a church member’s house, where I  never had been before.  They welcomed me and invited me to stay for lunch with them and the youth pastor who was also visiting at the time.  As we discussed the Holy Spirit, they asked me to renounce all the forms of the occult. 
I had been involved in everything - astrology, fortune-telling, tarot cards, ouiji boards, tea leaves – you name it!  It was then that I received my prayer language and I began to pray in tongues. 
A friend of mine called the next day to tell me that she had given birth to her first child in a neighboring state.  I could not tell the baby’s astrological sign and I still cannot to this day.  I was totally delivered from all of the occult!  I burned and destroyed all of the books and items related to astrology, worth more than $1,000! God miraculously set me free from that whole part of my life!  I thought I was no longer under the curse, but problems continued to plague our marriage and I ended up divorced again. 
Within a couple of years, I married again.  This time I decided that I was only going to marry a Christian.  I might as well have said I was going to marry the next red-haired man who crossed the street!  I started going to church and praying with this man, but my spirit was warning me.  I charged ahead into a relationship that was like oil and water.     
We were never able to live in harmony even though we stayed married for 13 years.  My children were unhappy, our finances were pitiful, I was deathly ill, and we were living in a constant state of war. 
Because I was not able to keep current on the payments, I was given a notice of foreclosure on the house.  I went through the house proclaiming all the scriptures in Gloria Copeland’s wonderful book entitled, GOD’S WILL FOR YOU IS PROSPERITY.  I spoke to the windows, the doors, the walls, the floors!  No devil was going to take them from me!
I entered a state of faith in God’s Word and one night before the house was to be sold on the courthouse steps, I received a call from a man who offered to pay the court in return for a second mortgage on the house!  It was a stay of execution!  The Lord had delivered me and my house! 
During this marriage, the government demanded our boat and trailer to pay taxes we owed, the bank repossessed our car, we could not pay our mortgage payments, and I finally had to file bankruptcy to keep my home.  Another stay of execution!  I ended up paying off the court, the fees, and all my debtors because my original in-laws loaned me the money and told me THEY did not want my house! 
I shall always be grateful for their kindness to me in a time of need.  Over the next few years, I fully repaid them by the grace of God, who always made a way for me.  During this whole period of my life, I would be under so much pressure, unable to sleep because of so much tension.  I plunged from one crisis to another, and the relief that came was always temporary….another crisis always hit.
I remember getting up during the night in turmoil and to begin thanking God for my blessings.  As I did this, I would eventually come to the place of true praise with my hands lifted to Him, dancing around in my kitchen!
I would sing, “Count your blessings, name them one by one, count your many blessings, see what God hath done!”  The Lord did enable me to overcome my circumstances.
However, there were some other circumstances that came into my life which were not financial.  It was my health. I found out that I had fibroid tumors which required a complete hysterectomy, and while in the hospital, the doctors discovered a lump in my breast.  This, of course, is part of the lingering curse from having had an abortion, though I did not make the connection then.
After this time, I came into a new season in my professional life.  I had become a successful businesswoman in real estate in Atlanta, Georgia.  One of my coworkers was diagnosed with ovarian cancer.  Exactly one year later she died and was buried. 
My emotions were raw over the loss of my friend.  I left the next day to help my youngest daughter move to  Philadelphia.  While there, I discovered a new lump in my breast.  Alarming as that new health concern was, there were still more scary circumstances of a different nature just around the corner. 
As I flew back to Atlanta a few days later, two Canadian geese were sucked into the engine at takeoff.  We had to make an emergency landing back in Philadelphia with foam on the runway. 
Completely shaken, I vowed that if I only had one year to live, like my friend, I would not live my life like I had been!! I set about to change it.  I filed for divorce and put my house up for sale.  Within a few months, my housing and marital status had changed.
Then, one day, my high school sweetheart – Steve- and I began a long-distance friendship by telephone. I called it a “phoneship!”  I was in Atlanta; he was a thousand miles away in San Antonio, Texas.  The Lord said to me one day as I was dressing, “I have chosen Steve to restore the years the locusts have eaten in your life and for you to do the same for him.”
A year after I had decided to change my life,  Steve came to see me.  We only saw each other on four different occasions.  Then we got married in Georgia and I moved back to Texas.   Over the last fourteen years Steve and I have been closely involved with various people, churches and ministries that have continuously taught us in the ways of the Lord  and helped us understand that together we have a call to the nations!  We can say now that we have a global vision.  One day the Lord impressed me to have the word “restoration” inscribed in our wedding rings, which Steve did the very next day.  Truly, we are experiencing restoration in its fullness.  Jesus will transform your life when you let Him!
Once I was scheduled to go on an antiques- buying trip to Paris on the first of March with my employer, an interior design firm.  As I was praying about it, I distinctly felt God by His Spirit say, “No.”  That was on a Saturday.  Two days later
at a Christian conference taught by Alan Vincent, I introduced myself to the woman sitting beside me.  It was Mary Lindow from Colorado.  She felt impressed to invite me to join her and the U.S. ministry team at the first-ever Women’s Conference in Strasborg, France, to be held in three weeks. I told her I would pray about it and let her know.  My husband was very supportive and encouraged me to go.  All week I enjoyed the teaching of the Word, but I secretly was in turmoil over this decision.  Satan was constantly telling me I wasn’t good enough.
Finally, on the last day of the conference, as I was sitting at the back of the room it seemed God said to me, “Karen, you are 60 years old.  When are you going to start?”  You see, I had told the Lord for years that I wanted to be on the cutting edge of whatever He wanted to do on the earth!   Immediately,   I realized that God DID have something for me to do.  It didn’t matter if I felt unsure and inadequate.  I had listened to too many years of Satan’s accusations against me, seeking to diminish me and tell me I could not be useful to God.  He had kept me squelched under his thumb long enough! 
It is true that you put Fire on God’s altar when you answer, “Yes!”  I did say, “Yes, Lord, yes!”  It felt glorious!  I ran to tell Mary that I would go!  Two weeks later I was in Germany and France in life-changing ministry as part of the team!  
After I returned home, I was on my way to a prayer meeting about abortion.  There were representatives there from an organization that is seeking to end abortion through America’s court system.  The organization is called the Justice Foundation. As I was driving, I said out loud, “Well, God, I hope You don’t expect me to have anything to do with that!”
At that moment, the Holy Spirit filled my being and I began to realize that what God wanted was no less than what I wanted for myself.  “Restoration!”    
Near the end of April I wrote out my personal statement, also known as an affidavit, admitting the secret of my abortion. God led me to share the affidavit with Mary while she was visiting me later that same year in June.  I also shared it with a friend of mine, Eileen Vincent, who later became very involved in Prayer for the Justice Foundation.   
They were both so kind and understanding, and prayed with me to have the courage to do everything that God was calling me to do. 
Well, my affidavit lay there – hidden in the file folder all summer.  What was I waiting for?
I had been asked for the very first time to give my testimony and it was for a Christian women’s meeting called AGLOW in San Antonio, Texas the following September. I knew that God wanted me to finally reveal my secret – that which had remained hidden for so, so long in the closet of my heart. 
I knew I must first share my testimony with my husband and children.  Their reaction was wonderful.  Instead of shame and condemnation, they were so accepting of me!  I was so proud of them!
I went to the Justice Foundation to have my paper notarized and turn it in.  As I left their office, I felt that something really remarkable had happened.  My act of obedience to reveal the secret in my closet would allow God to
use me in new ways.  Two thousand affidavits were turned in from all over the country and were finally sent to the Supreme Court of the US to help overturn legalized abortion in America!  I was so pleased that my affidavit was among them.
I have come into full agreement with God’s TRUTH, and that truth is that “it is not in the human or legal interest of any mother to kill her own child.  A mother’s true interest is in her child’s LIFE and her relationship with her child.  Abortion should come to an end.”
I don’t know what the statistics are, but women who have had abortions are much more likely to develop breast cancer and they are also very often unable to have more children. The Lord allowed me to have a son in spite of my sin.  The blood of
Jesus is enough, for He has forgiven me. I asked for and received that forgiveness more than 35 years ago.  But God wasn’t really through. 
He has been leading me to give my testimony so that all of us who have been through this awful act will have the courage to come forward and admit what we have done. 

By coming out into the open, we can end hell’s grip on our lives.  We can be free of the trauma, the guilt, and the shame. 
Researchers describe something called, “Post Abortion Syndrome” as a woman’s inability to process the fear, anger, sadness and guilt surrounding her abortion.  She may have trouble with these emotions as well as grieving the loss of her baby, and coming to peace with God, herself, and the others involved in the abortion decision.  A woman can experience many lasting effects from an abortion, including, guilt, crying, flashbacks, sadness, anger, anxiety, sleeping problems, relationship problems, alcohol abuse, depression, eating disorders, drug abuse, and suicidal thoughts.
Those secrets that remain hidden continue to have power over you, and what I’m wanting to do is to help women see that
if they can come to terms with abortion, that Satan’s hold and power over them would end.  Like a bomb, I had to detonate abortion’s power so it wouldn’t be something that Satan could use to keep me bound.
In answer to my question, “What was I waiting for?”  God has a plan for my life that is constantly unfolding.  That date with AGLOW in September was another turning point in my life.  It was the same month in 1969 that I had had an
abortion, ending a little life so recently begun.   I began my journey of sharing my testimony and doing my part to help end abortion more than thirty years later.
Is there anything hidden in your closet?  Has Satan been talking to you, like he talked to me, keeping you silent and squelched, unable to answer the Lord’s call, like he did to me?  Has he rendered you ineffective in your life?
Today we can break agreement with the enemy.  We can choose to believe what God says about us.  We can say, “Yes, Lord.”  Why don’t you make a decision to give 100 percent to Jesus?  He’ll take you to new places, doing new things, and He will restore the years the locusts have eaten in your life!

“THE UPSWING OF THE MASTER CONDUCTOR’S BATON”

Sing to the LORD a new song, for he has done marvelous things;
His right hand and his holy arm have worked salvation for him.

“THE MASTER CONDUCTOR”
In the Spirit, I was allowed to see Jesus standing on a conductor’s podium. He is about to direct a New Symphony that He has been writing the score for all instruments of His choosing for ages.
With the Upswing of His arm, with the Conductor’s Baton, the instruments of His choice will all be riveted and poised for the unified sound that this Divine Musical Score will radiate and release. It is the Upswing of the Conductor's arm that begins the concert, not the downbeat. All are in position and ready to engage with His directorship.
“NO AGE OR GENERATIONAL BARRIERS”
Some of the instrumentalists in the coming “Master’s” Symphony have been “fine tuning” for decades. These are mighty warriors who have practiced their assignments on abandoned hillsides and in prisons of man’s making which caused raw and painful heartache, yet still they sang and played on, in defiance against the odds thrown at them by the enemy of dashed dreams and hope deferred.
“THE LORD HAS FOUND A PEOPLE…”
The Lord spoke saying that He has found a people that He can direct with the slightest of command and instruction. They have been in the long rehearsal periods of their lives, memorizing the Sound of His Voce, Practicing His Presence. They have been eliminating their own “improvisations” and “false notes” of self-expression.

“My eyes will be on the faithful in the land,
That they may dwell with me;
He whose walk is blameless will minister to me.”
~ Psalm 101:6


“THE SOLOIST’S OF HEAVEN’S CHOOSING”
Out of this spiritual symphony will often be heard, the sound of “Divine Soloists.” They will rise up as the Master Conductor creates a score for them to yield to. This will be heard and expressed through the voice of prophecy, evangelism, and Divinely inspired teaching.
A marvelous rolling and welling up of Glory and praise to God will be the result of these specific Heavenly Orchestrated Moments.

“IN THE PRACTICE ROOMS OF GOD”
Unseen by men, these vessels have been receiving “Private Lessons” and instructions from the Holy Spirit. He has consistently convicted them of personal greed for the desire to be singularly important and “vogue.” And so – they “practiced” humility and deferred to others, in order that they would be equally honored and valued as well.
This formed a pleasing atmosphere to the Father and He has created a spiritual sensitivity in the hearts of those who choose to lay down personal messages, personal moments, and personal greatness.

“SOME HAVE RUN AWAY AND HAVE RESISTED”
Some, ran from the practice rooms of God and found a “band” of others who would march to their drum, but soon…
…Will be exposed lovingly as insecure and impatient with the fine turning of the Artisan that is created and trained by God. The symphony is being assembled and is in it’s final tuning before the Master Conductor lifts His Baton to all attention to a singular opening Moment.

“THE OPENING MOMENT”
All will be focused on that first Upswing of the Arm or God. The Sounds of Power, Purity, and Clarity will be such a contrast to the sounds of religious piety and self-proclaimed revelation, that even the darkest of hearts will have to acknowledge that this “grouping” of well trained and focused “instruments” have a “something” that sounds differently, that is clear, clean, and arrestingly solemn.

“Your arm is endued with power;
Your hand is strong, your right hand exalted.”
~ Psalm 89:13

"A NEW SOUND - A NEW BEGINNING"
The Melodies of God speak louder through vessels of brokenness and humility than any other voice or man-made nuance could even perform.

"ALL BRAVOS’ TO THE KING!"
The audiences of apathy and wariness who have “soft-pedaled” the freedoms of God’s movements among their own worship time as well as gathered worship times, will have the spectacles of “Blindness to Glory” removed from their eyes as they once again taste and see of the pure sounds of the Heavenly Kingdom, and will themselves remember the days of humble teaching, loving-kindness, and mercy… which they once walked in.

"THE VISITATION OF GLORY"
Those in training and fine-tuning have a keen awareness that the time of preparation that they have been in is coming to a climax.
The demonic resistance has been the most intense that they have ever experienced and yet, they have been made stronger and battle-ready through the onslaught.

“It was not by their sword that they won the land,
Nor did their arm bring them victory;
It was your right hand, your arm, and the light of your face,
For you loved them.”
~ Psalm 44:3


"A CONCERT OF EPIC VALUE"
The Baton Of God is about to begin the start of a concert of Epic Value.
It will awaken the souls of men and women, boys and girls.
All of those who ache for an Answer.
Heaven’s reply will be a powerful exposing and cleansing visitation of Glory that will descend and fall upon those voices and instruments who have been refined in the fire and in testing of compliance to God’s will. These will joyfully perform exploits in humility and in the honoring of others.

"THE LORD HAS DECLARED - SO THAT WE ARE PREPARED"
His Glory is about to Rise Among the Faithful. Get into your assigned places in the Spirit and be at ready to watch the Master Conductor lift the baton of a new Sound, a fresh fire, and a release of His power through Grace.

“After that comes the sound of his roar;
He thunders with his majestic voice.
When his voice resounds, he holds nothing back.”
~ Job 37:4

"The Promise of Father"- Spontaneous Prophetic Music and Lyrics
Through the Holy Spirit by Mary Lindow


This Song is a selection from the "MESSAGES FROM HOME" CD which contains spontaneous prophetic music and lyrics all mastered in a studio as intercessors prayed faithfully for hours. None of the vocal or melodic lines were edited in any way and were left just as they originally were expressed.
These are the actual sounds and instruments I am blessed and honored to hear while I simply sit in the recording booth with a keyboard that allows many different instruments and percussive instruments to be played together seamlessly, as I wait upon the Lord to give the music, the words, and the sounds. The additional instrumentation was added immediately after each song was recorded “fresh” through a computerized Keyboard. The live drums were played by John Grapperhaus from St. Louis, MO. A precious young and mighty man of God. He just sat there and flew with me.
It is so wonderful to be able to let others “hear” what I am shared with by the Father as well! You are hearing the prophetic words and music exactly as they were recorded and might even hear my voice falter at times because of the strong presence of God touching me as well while recording.
I usually receive prophetic songs and spontaneous music from the Heavenly Father much like watching a DVD through what I call “full rolling visions” and a sound track. Although these were spontaneous, they were professionally and digitally “master mixed” only to bring out clarity and enhance the beauty of what the Lord desired to communicate.
Those who stood faithful in intercession while I recorded made it like heaven on earth as they bathed the studio in the beauty of prayer and in the honoring of the Presence of the Lord.
May the Heavenly Father sing and rejoice over you as you sit back and listen!
